1. Case FIR NO 29/12 dated 27/03/12 U/S 3(1)(10) of SC&ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the written complaint Sh Chaman Rahi, Mandi, HP that during the educational tour of Govt Sen Sec School Kufari Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi, teacher of the above school insulted the students of classes 10+1 & 10+2 of above school who belonged to SC/ST category. Addl. S.P. Mandi, Sh. Hira Singh Thakur is investigating the above case.
CASE OF CHEATING
2. Case FIR No 30/12 DATED 27/03/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Late Sh Relu Ram R/O Narla PO & Teh Padhar Distt Mandi that he read the advertisement in Punjab Kesri that "CANADA WORK PERMIT KHARCHA KAMPANY KA", "JANE KE ICHHUK SAMPARK KARAIN" at Hisar Haryana contact Nos 098968-51008, 092550-40495. On this he contacted with Er. Kumar Mandeep and Ravnit Singh Mann and there after he visited the office of Mandeep Kumar at VOX OVER SEAS CONSALTANCY SCO 409, 2nd Floor Mugal Canal Karnal, Haryana. They told the complainant to deposit the money and papers on which complainant paid/deposited the money in various accounts given by the above persons and also paid the money in the shape of cash total money deposited was amounting Rs 1,87,000 /- (Rs 1,15,000 /-in the shape of cash and Rs 72,000/- deposited in accounts). Above persons cheated the complainant by publishing false advertisement and grabbing money. ASI Charan Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR. No. 29/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Pramod Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Sevak R/O Sarayen Bihari Dass PO. Fufhan Tehsil Oreiya Distt. Oreiya UP that on 27/03/12 he along with other 12 person's all resident of UP were coming from Sujanpur to Karsog by a truck (HP67-1352) which was driven by driver Narender Singh and when said truck near Kateru, driver Narender Kumar lost control over above truck and it fell down from the road about 20 meters downward. In this mishap 13 occupants of above truck sustained injuries. HC Sant Singh No. 81 I/O of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
4. Case FIR No.50/12 dated 27/03/12 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh Hukam Chand S/O Kundan Lal village Blawag PO Bharara Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP) that on 26/03/12 he was in IGMC Shimla as attendant with his father as the operation eye's of his father was fixed on 26/03/12 by the M.O. concerned. At about 3 PM he was informed by his daughter Geeta that she along with her Mother Sumitra were present in village Jeasi and they have seen that their house was burning at village Blawag. On this he came to his home and he found that on 26/03/12 Jiya Lal S/O sh. Jalam Ram was burning the bushes and due to his negligence fire caught his house and it was burnt totally along with all house hold items. Approximately loss of property is about Rs. 3 lac is reported in this fire incident. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5. Case FIR NO. 91/12 dated 28-3-12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registred in PS Balh on the complaint of Amar singh S/O Hans raj caste S/C vill Naoru PO Bhangrotu Teshil sadar Distt Mandi (H.P). That on dt. 28-3-12 at about 9-30 am he was going to Mandi and waiting for bus at Bhangrotu bus stop. In the mean time Car No(HP-24B-0461) came from Mandi side and hit him and he sustained injury on his leg. The case is being investigated by HC Balbir Singh No.23 I/O PS Balh.
CHALLAN
6. 76 Challan were issued and fine of Rs. 6300-/- was recovered under M.V.Act, 4 Challan were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.400 -/- was recovered and 2 challan under Mining Act has been issued.
