CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 11/13 dated 30/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Kumar S/O Sh. Hira Lal R/O Bharsi PO Gohar that on 30/01/13 he along with 4/5 persons went to attend a marriage ceremony at Kullu by a vehicle (HP69A0670) and at about 4 PM when they reached near Aut driver of said vehicle lost control over it struck said vehicle with rods and all occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. ASI Mohinder Singh I/C highway patrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 10/13 dated 30/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.P. Balichowki that on 30/01/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 600 ML English wine from the possession of a person. HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 14/13 dated 31/01/13 U/S 420,467,468 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Bhadru Ram R/O Vill. Jhoot PO Bara and others that one ward member of Gram Panchayat Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi had committed some irregularities in the various works were executed through above mentioned Gram Panchayat. ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 21/13 dated 30/01/13 U/S 341,143 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dagi Ram S/O Sh. Banku Ram VPO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi presently working as  driver with HRTC that on 30/01/13 at about 6 PM he was on duty with bus No. (H65-7523) which was bounded from Mandi to Trambli and when he reached at Khalyar, 20-25 peoples obstructed his way. 6. Case FIR No. 23/12 dated 31/01/13 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dhiraj Kumar S/O Sh. Charanji Lal R/O H. Sarkaghat against the driver of tempo trax (HP01M-2078) which was met with an accident near Madhodhari bridge due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of above vehicle. 1. Case FIR No. 10/13 dated 30/01/13  NDPS Act  has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that today he laid a nakka along with other police officials and he recovered 500 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of a person resident of Pehowa District Kuruskshetra, Haryana. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Chaman Lal No. 12. I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.

Hans Raj were travelling by a M/Cycle (HP33B-6324) in the mean time a tata nano car (HP33T-9258) came from Baggi side very rashly and hit  their M/Cycle and they sustained injuries. Kinnaur (HP) that on 21/01/13 near Victoria bridge Mandi  a M/Cycle came from back side very rashly and hit his car. On this he asked him about this incident and in the mean time he beat up his wife. 5. Case FIR No. 13/13 dated 30/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar that today he recovered 3750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of a person resident of VPO Chachiot under the jurisdiction of P.S. Gohar. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

1.      Case FIR No. 17/13 dated 28/01/13 U/S 452,353,332,147,149,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Saju Ram R/O Chamukha Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/01/13 complainant along with his associate Sh. Rattan Lal were discharging their duties in PWD Rest House at Sundernagar, in the mean time one person resident of village Patsal along with 5/6 persons came there and called  them to open the VIP set of the Rest House.  On this complainant told him that VIP set is already booked and he can open another set to them if they want to stay there. On this they were agreed and he open the another set of the Rest House and they stayed there for a time and also drunk the wine etc. and some time after left out the Rest House.  At about 11 PM they again came there and opened the main gate of the Rest House forcibly and beat up him along with his associate Sh. Today at about 8 AM one person of the same locality was excavating the floor of the house of the complainant and when she opposed, his wife also started abusing to the complainant. Mandi (HP) that on 24/12/13  at about 3PM when he was present at Kawal Banouni along with  Nanak Chand &  Mehar Singh, in mean time a person resident of Bhadarwani, under the jurisdiction of Police  Station Sarkaghat  came there along with gun and aimed the gun upon the complainant .  Accused has been arrested and further  investigation is being  carried out by ASI Ajit  Singh I/C of P.P. Mandi (HP) that on 22/01/13 when he was going  to his house along with  Sohan lal  and reached 4 KM ahead from  Bhadarwar, in mean time  a person R/O  Bhadarwar came along with 2 persons and obstructed his way and beat him up. On 23/01/13 driver of the above said tractor   going  along with tractor  to unload the sand and when he reached near the curve at  Sarswati Vidya Mandir , in mean time the driver of the above said vehicle lost the control upon the  and fell  down from the road and he sustained injury. 1.     Case FIR No. 11/13 dated 18/01/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Bavinder Lal S/O Sh Khem Singh R/O Vill. Banyad PO Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/01/13 he was going from Jarol to Bhuntar by his car and Karam Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O Vill. Ruhadhagad PO Jarol along with his wife, son and daughter were also going from Jarol towards Gohar by their car (HP32B-1501) and when they reached at Ouhan, car (HP32B-1501)   fell down from the road about 30 mtrs. downwards due to rash and negligent driving by Karam Singh and his son Dinesh Kumar died on the spot and all other occupants of said ill-fated car sustained injuries.
