Case FIR No. 32/14 dated 04/04/14 U/S 363, 366(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Gain Chand Sh. Roop Dass R/O Kholi P.O. Ghadagushani Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/03/14 his daughter went to school Govt. Sr. Sec. School Ghadagushani but she did not return back till date . Now he came to know that Prem Kumar kidnapped his daughter. ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 91/14 dated 04/04/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Guria Ram R/O Rakhera P.O. Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 04/04/14 at about 2:45 PM he was going to Dharampur along with his sister Kamli Devi W/O Sh. Om Chand R/O Phihar P.O. Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat and when reached near Kenchi Mod Dharampur, in the mean time Jeep(HP69-0475) which was driven by Sadeek Mohd. S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Ghanghar P.O. Ropari came very rashly from Sarkaghat side and hit the Kamli Devi . ASI Sandeep I/O P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 109/14 dated 04/04/14 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Shesh Ram S/O Late. Sh. Prem Sukh R/O Changer P.O Khakhriayna Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 31/03/14 at about 7:30 PM that some unknown culprits stole away cash along with other article which were place in the bag from his shop. ASI Joginder Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No.22/14 dated 05/04/14 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Gaytri Devi W/O Sh. Goverdhan R/O Namana P.O. Ghiri Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 04/04/14 at about 4PM when she was present in her house , in the mean Dayawanti, Himachali and Jiti Devi entered in her house and beat her up and she sustained injuries . HC Karan Singh No. 24 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 23/14 dated 05/04/14 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar Const. No. 719 4th IRBN presently posted in BSL Hydel Channel Guard BBMB Sundernagar that today at about 9:45 AM he was on duty near Behli, in the mean time one Moter Cycle(HP33B-9113) which was riding by Vishal S/O Sh. Ram Sawroop R/O Chalki met with an accident and fell down into the canal and died . HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.
6 Case FIR No. 35/14 dated 04/04/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been regiastered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta that on 04/04/14 at about 5PM he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML Illicit Liquor from the possession of Layak Ram S/O Sh. Hari Ram R/O Banyad P.O. Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from his tea-stall SI Naveen Jhalta SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
7 100 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours
