PRESS NOTE
1 Case FIR No. 84/14 dated 07/04/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Fagla P.O. Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 06/04/14 Bablu obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 24/14 dated 06/04/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kundan Lal Bains S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O House No. 145/4 Suhara Mohalla Mandi (H.P.) that when he was present at Pavrao, in the mean time a Car(HP33C-6684) which was driven by Devinder Nath resident of same locality, came very rashly and met with an accident. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case .
3 Case FIR No. 48/14 dated 06/04/14 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Sohan Singh R/O Chulla P.O. Tulah Tehsil Lad- Bhadhol Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that during the intervening night of 4/5-04/14 some unknown culprits stole away his Moter Cycle(HP29A-0559) which was parked near the temple and in front of house of Sh. Rajinder Singh and approximate value of the stolen property is Rs. 14,000/-. ASI Vinod Singh I/C of P.P. Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 115/14 dated 07/04/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tara Chand S/O Sh. Tota Ram R/O Panoli P.O. Baraswan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 6/04/14 at about 9AM when he was loading the wooden in Jeep at Bhawat, in the mean time Sunder Singh S/O Sh. Atma Ram R/O Bhawat came there and obstructed his way and beat him up . HC Lal Singh No. 80 I/O of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 42/14 dated 07/04/14 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Tej Ram S/O Sh. Ram Dutt R/O Banech P.O. Mehadhi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that today Mast Ram obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence. . HC Tej Singh I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
6 69 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours
