1 Case FIR No. 34/14 dated 08/04/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Ashok Kumar that on 08/04/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3350 ML English Wine from the possession of Nagender S/O Sh. Badri Dass R/O Chamah Distt. Mandi (H.P.) . ASI Ashok Kumar I/O of P.S. Pa dhar is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 49/14 dated 08/04/14 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI (Prob) Rajinder Kumar that on 08/04/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of checking of HRTC Bus(HP53-6187) he recovered 20 Gms. Cannabis from the possession of Balbir Singh S/O Sh. Parkash Chand R/O Chuwar Khurad P.O. Gangoti Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P) Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by SI(Prob) Rajinder Kumar I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)
3 Case FIR No. 50/14 dated 08/04/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered by ASI Govind Pal that on 08/04/14 when he was on patrolling along with other police officials and when they reached near Chountra and he recovered 15000 ML English Wine from the possession of Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh. Batchiter Singh R/O Chountra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) ASI Govind Pal I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 88/14 dated 09/04/14 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by SI Sanjeev Kumar that today he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Bindravani and during the course of checking of HRTC Bus(HP66-1568) he recovered 1Kg.300gms. Charas(Cannabis) from the possession of Amit Kumar S/O Sh. Bhup Singh R/O Daboda Khurad Tehsil Bhadurgarh Distt. Jhajjar (H.R.) . SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 93/14 dated 08/04/14 U/S 341, 186 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Shiv Dutt R/O Bharari P.O. Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that he is working as driver in HRTC Sub-Depot Dharampur . On 08/04/14 when he was going from Dharmapur to Kumharda route along with Bus and reached near Banal, in mean time Kashmir Singh R/O Banal obstructed the way of Bus . SI Madan Lal I/C of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.
6 Case FIR No. 33/14 dated 09/04/14 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S Aut by HC Rajinder Kumar that on today he laid a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of checking of Private Bus(HP65-7644) he recovered 700 Gms. Charas ( Cannabis) from the unclaimed bag . HC Rajinder kuamr No. 51 I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
7 Case FIR No. 36/14 dated 09/04/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on by SI Naveen Jhalta that on today he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 20 K.G. Lahan from the possession of Kamal Dev S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Chet Sojha P.O. Chaunni Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi . SI Naveen Jhalta SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
8 Case FIR No. 37/14 dated 09/04/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta that on today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chet and during the course of patrolling he recovered 60 K.G. Lahan from the possession of Led Ram S/O Sh. Chand Singh R/O Gadha Gaw P.O. Chaunni Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P.) SI Naveen Jhalta SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigitng the case.
9 Case FIR No. 85/14 dated 08/04/14 U/S 279, 337IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shankar Ram S/O Sh. Bangali Ram R/O Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 08/04/14 when he was going to Bus Stand along with his family and when reached near Khurbanda Shop , in mean time a Moter Cycle ( HP49-1476) came very rashly and hit his wife and she sustained injuries . HC Khem Chand No. 47 I/O of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.
10 88 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours
