1 Case FIR No. 94/14 dated 09/04/14 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Parkash Chand S/O Sh. Sunder Singh R/O Kahro P.O. Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 07/04/14 at about 5PM Kamal S/O Sh. Kasri Bhandri R/O Tulsipur Ganesh P.O Tulsipur Distt. Krishnanagar ( Nepal) stole away Rs.22000/- by breaking the lock of Almirah . ASI Desh Raj I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 86/14 dated 10/04/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Souju Ram R/O Gawalmuthani P.O. Nanwan Tehsil Gurmarwin Distt. Bilaspur that on 08/04/14 at about 6:15 PM he was going to house of his sister and when reached near Basahu , in the mean time Kuldeep S/O Sh. Viswanath R/O Seri Kothi came there and obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I/O of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 25/14 dated 10/04/14 U/S 336, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hem Singh S/O Sh. Kamal Ram R/O Khatarwari P.O. Upper Behli Theisl Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 10/04/14 at about 08:45 AM Gopi Chand came along with Vidya Devi, Bablu & Ghanshyam all the resident of same locality beat him up . ASI Shanti Sawroop I/O of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 26/14 dated 10/04/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Champak Thakur S/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 10/04/14 at about 10 AM he was going to Sundernagar by his Moter Cycle(HP33B-1091) , in the mean time a Scorpio(HP33B-1091) came very rashly from opposite side and hit his Moter Cycle and he sustained injuries. HC Dharma Chand No. 897 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 52/14 dated 10/04/14 U/S 498(A) , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sheetla Devi W/O Sh. Amit Kumar R/O Sagnehar P.O. Chountra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that she was married with Amit Kumar but after some time of her marriage her husband , her brother-in-law Praveen kumar , Kishore Kumar and mother-in-law Smt. Kala Devi started to harass her by demanding for dowry. HC Rajesh kumar No. 907 I/O of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.
6 84 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours
