POLICE DEPARTMENT MANDI,DISTT.MANDI (H.P.)
1 Case FIR No. 35/14 dated 11/04/14 U/S 147, 430, 379, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Paras Ram S/O Sh. Durga Dutt R/O Soja P.O. Aut Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that he had taken the water for his house through pipes from distance about 200Mtr. But the intervening night of 28/29-03-14 Karam Singh, Bhag Singh, Krishan Lal , Shyam Lal, Hitesh Kumar , Chand Kishore Vinay Kumar, Dharmender & Paras Ram all the resident of Jori Sub- Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (H.P.) broke the above said pipes and stole away all the pipes and also threatened with dire consequence. ASI Hari Singh I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 36/14 dated 11/04/14 U/S 498(A) ,323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Balu Devi W/O Sh. Pinku R/O Balichowki Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that she was married with Pinku since two year before but after some time of her marriage her husband, father-in-law ,Kamlu started to harass her by demanding the dowry and also beat her up . ASI Chaman Lal I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 95/14 dated 11/04/14 U/S 452, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Sarwan Kumar R/O Gadyaru P.O. Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 11/04/14 at about 9PM he was present in his house along with his family , in the mean time Sanjay Kumar resident of same locality entered in his house and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence . HC Dalip Singh No. 911 I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
4 89challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours
