JCC MEETING FOR THE MONTH OF JULY 2014
Today monthly Joint Consultancy-cum-crime meeting of District Police Mandi held today at P.L. Mandi under the chairmanship of Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Mandi (HP). All SOs and SHOs were requested to:-
• Zero tolerance towards crime against women
• NDPS cases to be dealt on priority basis. Initiative programs to help
the new generation to come out these cycles.
• All complaints should be dealt in professional manner & dispose off
them immediately in large public interest.
• All complainants to be handled politely.
• Outlook scientific investigation.

2. Today we have started physical training for the police officials of this district to keep them physically fit as well as to make them capable to handle the day by day challenges. All Gazetted Officers and about 120 police officials who are posted at District Headquarters Mandi participated in physically training.

3 Case FIR No. 49/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Himi Devi W/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O KhailaDhar P.O. Paurakothi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 06/07/14 at about 10:15 AM Devi Singh & Neter Singh obstructed his way and beat him up . HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 77/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Charan Dass S/O Sh. Sangat Ram R/O Ropa P.O. Rahala Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 07/07/14 he was travelling in Private Bus (HP66-0204) and when they reached near Ropa, in the mean time HRTC Bus came from Kataula and driver of the above Private Bus reversed back the bus with rashly and fell downward from the road and 15 occupants who were boarded the above Private Bus Sustained injuries. HC Prakram Singh No. 904 I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 114/14 dated 06/07/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Yash Paul S/O Late. Sh. Arjun Singh R/O Petu P.O. Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 06/07/14 he was parking his Motor Cycle ( HP29-2315) near Govt. Sr. Sec. School Bhraru, in the mean time Car ( HP 29A-7209) came rashly, which was driven by Ankush Katoch S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Grarou Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and hit to him and he sustained injuries . HC Rajmal No. 875 of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 211/14 dated 06/07/14 U/S 498(A) , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Dhameshwari D/O Sh. Naukhu R/O Rathol P.O. Balt Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that she was married with Bimal Kumar R/O Kharshi P.O. Tikkar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) during the year 2008 . But soon after the marriage her husband , her sister-in-law started to harass her physically and mentally. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

7 Case FIR No. 212/14 dated 06/07/14 U/S 498(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Rita Devi W/O Sh. Chuni Lal R/O Badsu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that she was married with Chuni Lal. But soon after the marriage her husband started to tortured her physically and mentally. ASI Jagdish Chand I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELITY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES
8 Case FIR No. 213/14 dated 06/07/14 U/S 498(A) , 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Rajbala W/O Sh. Vinod Kumar R/O Kothi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that she was married with Vinod Kumar during the year 2012 . But after the marriage her husband , mother-in-law, Gamti Devi , father-in –law Nitya Nand and brother-in-law Hemant Kumar started to harass her physically and mentally . On 06/07/14 her husband beat her up again and she sustained injuries. ASI Chiranji Lal I/O of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

9 Case FIR No. 214/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the comaplint o f Sh. Gian Chand S/O Sh. Devi Sharma R/O Mullas P.O. Jahal Tehsil Gohar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 06/07/14 at about 11:15 PM he was going to Mandi by his Jeep(HP62-1356) , in the mean time Truck (HP65-0442) came rashly and hit his Jeep. ASI Jagdish Chand I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

10 Case FIR No. 225/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Duni Chand S/O Shl Bhalkhu Ram R/O Majher P.O. Grouru Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 06/07/14 Chaman Lal, Rinku and Balbir all the resident of Manyoh beat him up and he sustained injuries . HC Dalip Singh I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING
11 Case FIR No. 226/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Anil Kumari W/O Sh. Rangil Singh R/O Jhandutta Tehsil Bilaspur (HP) that her parental house is at Behar Tehsil Sarkaghat and on 06/07/14 she received a call from Mobile No.(09771194801) that her ATM has blocked and for re-activation she may to told her ATM No. and she did the same . After some time she found that Rs. 39,985/- has been withdrawal from her account. SI (Prob). Anil Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

12 Case FIR No. 68/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Inder Dev S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Chiyaud P.O. Sapnot Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 05/07/14 Tej Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sohan Lal I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

13 Case FIR No. 162/14 dated 06/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the comaplint of Smt. Kashulya Devi W/O Sh. Prem Dass R/O Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 06/07/14 she was working in his field along with her sister-in-law Lata Devi , in the mean time Meena Devi W/O Sh. Narender Pal , Smt. Suresh Kumari and Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Singh came there and obstructed her way and beat him up. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

14 Case FIR No. 163/14 dated 06/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Miss Meena W/O Sh. Narender Pal VPO Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 06/07/14 she was working along with her sister-in-law in the mean time, Kashulya Devi , Prem Dass came along with Hosiyar Singh and obstructed their way and beat her up. HC Durga Dass No. 408 I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
15 117challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours
