1 Case FIR No. 217/14 dated 11/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Khem Chand S/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O Sakroha Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi on 11/07/14 at about 8:30 AM he was going his field, in the mean time Tek Chand came along with Ramesh Kumar and obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 165/14 dated 10/07/14 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Vikash S/O Anant Ram R/O Bhadyal P.O. Tikkar Tehsil Balh (HP) that on 10/07/14 at about 1:30 PM he had gone to Indra Market Mandi(Shop No. 195) for purchasing the garments and he requested to the shopkeeper for concession but the shopkeeper got angry and beat him up. HC Bhoop Singh Nod. 870 I/O of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 166/14 dated 10/07/14 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Aman S/O Sh. Ashok Kumar R/O House No. 57/5 Palace Colony Mandi (H.P.) that on 10/07/14 at about 1:50 PM two boys came to his shop to buy the clothes and when he asked the address of the boys and then they got angry and called him to upon the roof of Indra Market and beat him hp. HC Dola Ram No. 869 I/O of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 237/14 dated 11/07/14 U/S 451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sunka Ram S/O Sh. Kanhaiya Ram R/O Karni P.O. Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/07/14 at about 9:45 PM Happy S/O Sh. Desh Raj resident of same locality entered in the courtyard of his house and beat him up. SI Sunil Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/07/14 Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Bhadiyara beat him up and he sustained injuries. SI Yog Raj I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 117/14 dated 10/07/14 U/S 33, 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Thakru Ram I/C of PP Ghatta that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Ajit Singh S/O Sh. Kala Ram R/O Mohan Ghatti Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) ASI Thakru Ram I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

7 Case FIR No. 118/14 dated 11/07/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Rajesh Kumar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Om Parkash S/O Sh. Baldev R/O Shanan Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING
8888Case FIR No. 79/14 dated 10/07/14 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Jogi Ram R/O Panarsa Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 05/07/14 he went to PNB Bank ATM to withdrwal the amount and he tried twice time but the amount was not withdrawn and then he took the help of two unknown boys and they also returned the ATM and told him that amount is not withdrawn and both the unknown boys had gone towards Takoli and when he saw his ATM Card and found that it was replaced by another ATM by these boys. On this he went PNB Bank Aut to lock his ATM and discuss with Branch Manager and he came to know that Rs 50,000/- has already been withdrawn from his Account. ASI Hari Singh I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

Mandi (H.P.) that on 11/07/14 Smt. Leela Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Tek Chand No. 3 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Mandi (H.P.) that on 11/07/14 at about 8:30 AM Smt. Mastu Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

11. 230 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 49,100 /- was recovered and 10 challans were issued under COPTA and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours
