CASE OF RIOTING AND HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 167/14 dated 23/07/14 U/S 147,149, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vishwa Bandhu S/O Sh. Tej Ram R/O Ner Chowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 23/07/14 he was present at MLSM Collage Sundernagar along with his friend Dixit Narang, in the mean time Manoj Kumar , Neeraj, Bhupi, Chigu & Anil came there and beat him up along with his friend Dixit Narang and they sustained injuries. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 168/14 dated 24/07/14 U/S 279, 336 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kasmir Singh S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Bugad Bathod P.O. Suisurahad Tehsil Bilaspur Distt. Bilaspur(HP) that he is working as waitor in Mid-Way Hotel Slapper. On 24/07/14 at about 1:30 AM he was present in the reception room , in the mean time a Truck (HP72-0855) which was driven by Brijesh Kumar S/O Sh. Desh Raj R/O Miya Bandla came rashly from sundernagar side and hit the wall of hotel. ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C of High Way Petrol Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 98/14 dated 23/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Nater Singh S/O Sh. Bhup Singh R/o Malar P.O. Chiyuni Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 20/07/14 he was coming back to his home and when he reached near chiyuni in the mean time Tek chand S/O Sh. Sher Singh resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.P. Janjehli is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 148 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,100 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
