 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 229/14 dated 08/07/14  U/S  452, 323, 506 IPC has  been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Bhup Singh  S/O Sh.  Shri  Ram  Vill. Dhar P.O.  Darpa Tehsil  Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 08/07/14 Roshan Lal  resident of the same locality  entered in his house  and beat him up.   HC Dalip Singh  I/O of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL  TRESPASS AND HURT

2            Case FIR No. 230/14  dated 08/07/14  U/S  451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of   Sh. Roshan Lal  S/O Shri Ram  R/O Dhar P.O. Darpa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 08/07/14  Bhup Singh  resident of  same  locality  entered in his house  and beat him up.  HC Dalip Singh I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  OBSTRUTING WAY AND HURT

 3         Case FIR No.  89/14 dated  09/07/14   U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Bir  Singh  S/O Sh.  Bidhi Chand  R/O Kuhi P.O.  Jankhor  Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  08/07/14  at about  10 PM  when he was going to his home  at Lambha  Thach , in the mean  time  Dimple  S/O Sh.  Ram Chander  R/O Lamba Thach  obstructed his  way  and beat him up.  HC Sarwan Kumar   No. 917 I/O of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

 CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL   INTIMIDTION

 4         Case FIR  No.  70/14   dated   08/07/14 U/S 325, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. has  been registered in P.S.   Karsog on the complaint of    Saneharu Devi  W/O Sh. Shyam  Lal  R/O  Sangrol P.O. Chrog Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 06/07/14  she  has beaten  by   Dharshan   and  also threatened her   with  dire consequence .  HC Tej Singh No. 55  I/O of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 CASE OF HURT

5          Case  FIR No.  71/14  dated  08/07/14  U/S  325 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  on the complaint of  Sh. Satya Devi  W/O Sh. Darshan  Lal  R/O Sangrol  P.O.  Churag Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that      she has beaten by   Smt. Sanehru Devi W/O Sh.  Shyam Lal resident of the same locality.  HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71  I/O of P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 6         Case FIR No.  164/14 dated  08/07/14  U/S  341,  323,  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Sher Singh  S/O  Late  Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Ropru  P.O. Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  08/07/14  at about 3PM  Naresh Kumar resident of the same locality  obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC Durga  Dass  No.  408  I/O of P.S.  Sadar is investigating the case.

7          217 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 33,150/- was recovered   and  5  challans were issued  under  COTPA  and fine of Rs.  500  was recovered during last 24 hours
