CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 127/14 dated 03/08/14  U/S 39 of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar by  ASI  Govind Pal  I.O.  PS  Jogindernagar that  he  was on patrolling along with other police officials  at Galu and  during the course of  patrolling  he recovered  5 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Rakesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Dila Ram  R/O  Ropa Padhar PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Govind Pal  I.O. PS  Jogindernagar is investigating the case. 

CASE OF THEFT

2        Case FIR No. 240/14  dated 03/08/14  U/S  379 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Sh.  Om Parkash S/O Sh. Durga Dass  R/O   Tharki PO Surah Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 02-03/08/14  some unknown culprits stole away  his Motor Cycle (HP33B-5593) which was parked by him behind the house of Sh. Lal Singh. HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 64 I.O. of PS  Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3        Case FIR No. 241/14  dated 03/08/14  U/S 39 of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  ASI  Jagdish  Chand  that on 03/08/14   he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials   at Balt and during the course of patrolling he recovered  4 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Sh. Chaman Lal  S/O  Sh. Karam Dass  R/O  Jajrout PO Balt Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Jagdish  Chand  I.O. PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY  HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

4        Case  FIR No. 262/14  dated 03/08/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Sh. Krishan Chand  S/O Sh. Prabha Ram  R/O  Kalar PO Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 03/08/14  Ramesh Chand  came alongwith his wife, Promila  and  beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Dalip Singh  I.O. PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY   AND HURT

5        Case FIR No. 263/14 dated 03/08/14  U/S 341, 323, IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Sh. Ramesh   Chand  S/O Sh. Prabha Ram  R/O  Kalar PO  Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/08/14  Krishan  Chand  beat him up and  he sustained injuries. HC Dalip Singh  I.O. PS  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.  

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

6        Case FIR No. 264/14  dated 03/08/14  U/S  363 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Parma Ram R/O Hawani PO Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that his son, Sahil Kumar is  missing  since 1/08/14  and he  suspect that  someone kidnapped  his  minor son.  ASI  Sandeep Kumar  I.O. PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

 CASE UNDER SC&ST ACT, KIDNAPPING AND HURT

7        Case FIR No. 84/14  dated 03/08/14  U/S 323, 365,   IPC & U/S  3 (i)(X) SC&ST Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the  complaint of  Sh. Dharam Singh  S/O  Sh.  Dasu Ram  R/O Sopa  Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 02/08/14  Nihal Singh  S/O Sh. Roop  Singh  R/O  Anog PO Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog & Dalip  Mehta  used  caste related derogatory remarks upon him  and  took him forcibly by the  Vehicle(HP30-5007) and kept in room  and beat him up and he sustained injuries .  Dy.SP  Kulbhushan Verma  SDPO  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

  8      Case FIR No. 103/14   dated 03/08/14  U/S 39   Excise  Act  has been  registered  in P.S.  Gohar by  SI Naveen  SHO of P.S. Gohar that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials  and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  4 Liters   Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Smt.  Sheela Devi W/O Sh. Tulsi Ram  R/O  Kuther  Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar is investigating  the case.

 CASE   OF EXCISE ACT

9        Case FIR No. 104/14 dated 03/08/14  U/S 39 of  Excise  Act has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  by  SI Naveen Jhalta SHO  P.S. Gohar  that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Kuther   and during the course of patrolling  he recovered 3500 ML Illicit  Liquor from the possession of   Smt.  Khimi Devi  W/O Sh.  Lalit  Kumar  R/O Kuther  Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10 194 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 31,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
