CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 186/14 dated 18/08/14 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Paramveer Singh S/O Sh. Milap Chand Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/08/14 he was going towards Harabag by Car(HP31A-7150) and when he reached near BBMB Gate Harabag , in the mean time a Truck (HP64-6666) came rashly from Slapper side and hit his car which was driven by Hem Raj S/O Sh. Lal Chand. ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C of Highway Patrol Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , RIOTING , MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 187/14 dated 18/08/14 U/S 147, 447, 504, 506, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Parvati Devi W/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Sidh Kothi PO Kothi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that she purchased a piece of land at Mohal Ropa Ambedkar and also constructed a new building there. On 18/08/14 at about 2:30 PM Ashwani came along with his sons and other three persons and they all entered in her land and threatened her with dire consequence. ASI Prakash Chand I.O. PS Sundernagar is investigating the case .
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
3 Case FIR No. 110/14 dated 19/08/14 U/S 341, 323, IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Nilma Devi W/O Sh. Kuber Singh R/O Jagar PO Thunag Teshil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/08/14 at about 4:30 PM Ghanshyam obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

4 157challans were issued and fine of Rs. 25,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 5000/- was recovered during last 24 hours
