CASE OF CHEATING
1 Case FIR No. 77/14 dated 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand Sharma at present Branch Manager, H.P. State Co-operative Agri. & Rural Development Bank Ltd. Branch Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/06/14 he had gone to recover the loan amount from Jagdish Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Fagni PO Padhar Distt. Mandi , Bhadru S/O Sh. Kanhu Ram R/O Buhlang Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) & Kalu Ram S/O Sh. Khalu Ram R/O Dharmehar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) but they all produced forged documents in support of amount paid by them in the bank However they have not been paid amount with the concerned bank . HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. PS Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) is investigating the case.
CASE OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 96/14 dated 25/08/14 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Bhansagari Devi W/O Sh. Chande Ram R/O Dhalors PO Khalanni Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/08/14 Chande Ram obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Chand I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 97/14 dated 25/08/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Mohar Singh S/O Sh. Tikkam Ram R/O Panarsa Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/08/14 when he was present in his shop then in the mean time person was crossing the road a Motor Cycle (HP34C-1794) came rashly from Kullu side and and hit said person and he sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I.O. PS Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
4 Case FIR No. 193/14 dated 25/08/14 U/S 18 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI Surender Kumar(Prob) I.O. of PS Sundernagar that on 25/08/14 he was patrolling alongwith other police officials at Bhawana and during the course of patrolling he recovered 291 Gms. Opium from the possession of Hardev S/O Sh. Gurdeep Singh R/O Manki Tehsil Samrala Distt Ludhiana(PB). SI Surender Kumar(Prob) I.O. PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT , MISCHIEF AND THEFT
5 Case FIR No. 192/14 dated 25/08/14 U/S 452, 323, 379, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nagru Devi W/O Sh. Sawaru Ram R/O Bhardwan PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/08/14 Hari Ram S/O Sh. Charan Dass came alongwith his wife entered in her house and beat her up and broke the shed and also took away the container from her house. HC Girdhari Lal No. 30 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENCE ACT
6 Case FIR No. 195/14 dated 26/08/14 U/S 336, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagarnath S/O Late Sh. Beli Ram R/O Panjolth PO Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a water tank made under MNREGA scheme during the year 2007/2008 under the supervision of Pradhan Mehar Chand & Ward member Govind Ram . On 25/08/14 two children, Hussan & Prem Lal were drowned in above tank as no proper fencing of said tank was not made by them . ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7 Case FIR No.194/14 dated 25/08/14 U/S 279, 337,338 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vikender Kumar S/O Sh. Brestu Ram R/O Mahal PO Ghanghanu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/08/14 he alongwith Sunil Kumar were crossing the road , in the mean time Motor Cycle (HP31A-8672) came rashly from Kapahi and hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Leeladhar No. 913 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF MISCHIEF
8 Case FIR No. 115/14 dated 25/08/14 U/S 436 ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Tej Singh S/O Sh. Devmani R/O Janehar PO Rummi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/08/14 Daya Ram and Dharam Singh set his house on fire. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
9 Case FIR No. 294/14 dated 25/08/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sunny S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Darkalag PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/08/14 he, alongwith Beasa Devi , Sangharash were going to his home and when they reached near Galu , in the mean time a Car( HP28-0145) which was driven by Kapil Dev, came rashly and hit them and they sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. PS Sarkaght is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
10 326 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 49,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.4500/- was recovered during last 24 hours
