CASE   OF   (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT

1        Case FIR No. 197/14 dated 28/08/14 U/S 504, 506  IPC  &   U/S 3 of  SC& ST Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Mani Mahesh S/O Sh.  Bashakhu Ram R/O  Near  Polytechnic College  Gate Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that he had purchased   a  piece of  land  from  Ravi  Bhushan near Mahamaya Temple  Sundernagar.   On  today when  he    reached  in his  land alongwith  Vikash and Lal Singh , in the mean time  Rajesh Kumar  S/O Dila Ram   came there and   abused him   on castism bases  and   also  threatened with dire consequence.   Sh. Kulbhusan Verma   Dy.SP / SDPO Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY AND   HURT

2        Case FIR No. 301/14  dateed 29/08/14  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Amar Singh  S/O Sh. Dila Ram  R/O  VPO Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that  on 28/08/14  Rajender Kumar   came alongwith  Pawan Kumar  and obstructed his  way and  beat him up and he  sustained injuries.  HC  Hem  Raj  I.O. of PS  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL  TRESPASS  AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

3        Case  FIR No. 302/14  dated 29/08/14  U/S  452, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vijay  Dhiman S/O  Sh. Baldev Dhiman R/O  Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  he is serving in  CHC  Sandhole . On  28/08/14  at  about  5PM  he was present in  quarter  in the mean time  Ravinder Singh  came along with  two  other persons and entered in his room  and beat him up and  also threatened him  with dire consequence.  HC  Amrit Lal  I.O. PP Sandhole  is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL  TRESPASS  AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

4        Case FIR No. 303/14  dated 29/08/14  U/S 452, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Hardei W/O Sh.  Kandarp R/O  Jaboth PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 27/08/14  Parkash Chand entered in his home  and  threatened with dire consequence.  HC  Chaman  Lal  No. 28  I.O. PP Hatli is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO  RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

5        Case FIR No. 99/14  dated 29/08/14  U/S 279, 304(A) IPC & 187 MV  Act has been registered in P.S.  Aut  by   ASI  Rajesh Kumar  that    on  29/08/14 receving  an information  he went  to   spot and found that  one Motor Cycle  rider , Vishal  S/O Sh. Nater Singh  S/O  Late. Sh.  Ved Ram  R/O  Palsehar PO Nagwain Distt.  Mandi  (HP)  lying  dead  in the middle of  the road along with his   Motor Cycle(HP34B-0648)   near  Nature park  and it seems that some unknown  vehicle  hit the  said Motor Cylce rider and  ran away from the spot . ASI   Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. PS Aut is investigating the case.

6        186challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered and  2  challans were issued  under Mining Act during last 24 hours
