ARREST OF PROCLAIMED OFFENDER

1. Today team of Mandi Police PO Hunt Cell led by HC Ashok Kumar NO. 878 succeeded to nab Kamajeet Singh @ Kamba S/O Sh. Ram Kishan R/O  Chowk Saranja Mochian Gali H. No. 542, PO Chowk Saranja P.S. Main City Ghanta Ghar, District Hoshiarpur (Punjab)at present Nayi Abadi near Kesav Mandir Hoshiarpur (PB) from his present address who was wanted in case FIR No. 37/08 dated 08/09/2008 U/S 489B, 489C and 34 IPC of P.S. Padhar and he  was declared PO on 28/10/2013 by the court of Ld. Session Judge Mandi.

 CASE OF HURT

 

1. Case FIR No.  292/14 dated 23/09/14   U/S 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt.  Meena Devi   W/O Sh. Tilak Singh   R/O  Charhi PO  Dushera Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on  22/09/14 Satish Kumar  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC  Sarwan  Kumar  No. 61  I.O.  P.P. Rewalsar is investigating   the case.

    

   CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY

2. Case FIR No. 113/14 dated 23/09/14 U/S 342  IPC has been  registered  in P.S.  Karsog on the   complaint of Smt.   Chander Kanta W/O Naresh Kumar R/O Near Bus Stand   Karsog  Distt.  Mandi (HP) that her  husband  locked her inside the room.  ASI  Sohan   Lal  I.O. of  P.S. Karsog is investigating    the case.

    

   CASE OF   RIOTING   AND  OBSTRUCTING WAY

3. Case FIR No. 114/14   dated 23/09/14  U/S  147, 341, 342 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on  the  complaint of   Principal Govt.  Degree  College  Karsog  that   students active workers of SFI   obstructed   all  students of the college along with staff  by  locking  the   main  gate of the  college.  ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S.  Karsog is investigating   the case.

    

   CASE OF   CRIMINAL  TRESPASS,  HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 213/14   Dated 22/09/14  U/S 451, 323, 504 , 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  on  the complaint of  Smt.  Meena Devi  W/O Sh. Rajesh  Kumar  R/O  Ambedkar Nagar PO  Bhojpur  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 22/09/14   Ganga  Ram , Bhagat Ram  & Parvati  entered  in the courtyard of  her home  and beat her up  and she sustained injuries.  HC Leela Dhar  No. 913  I.O. of PS  Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

    

   CASE OF   CRIMINAL  TRESPASS,  RIOTING AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 214/14  dated 22/09/14  U/S 147, 149, 451, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Ganga  Ram  S/O  Sh.  Minka  Ram  R/O  Ambedkarnagar PO Bhojpur  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 22/09/14  some unknown  persons entered in the   courtyard of his  home,  abused  him   and also threatened with dire consequences.  SI  Nirmal Singh (Prob)  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

    

   CASE OF RIOTING   AND  HURT 

6. Case FIR No. 215/14  dated 23/09/14  U/S  147, 149, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Govardhan  S/O Sh. Amar Singh  R/O  Fagla PO  Salwana  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 22/09/14  he  alongwith  Bansi were coming from  Rehari Mod, in the mean time  Baldev,  Hukkam Chand , Panna Lal  , Girdhari Lal  &  Rinku   came  there  and  beat  him up  and he sustained  injuries.  ASI  Rajinder   Thakur  I/C  PP  Dehar is investigating the case.

    

    CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND  INTIMIDATION  

7. Case FIR No. 213/14   dated  22/09/14  U/S 447, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar   on the complaint of  Smt. Dhani devi  W/O Sh.  Hari  Singh   R/O  Maswar PO  Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that Jai  Singh &    Devi  Singh both the resident of  Maswar PO  Talyahar  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  (HP)  entered in  his land and  abused him.  HC  Manoj Kumar  No. 50  I.O.  Sadar Mandi is investigating  the case .

    

CHALLAN  

1. 139 challans were issued and fine of Rs.27,800 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered  and  5 challan  were   issued  under Mining  Act during last 24 hours.
