CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 108/14 dated 12/09/14 U/S 279.337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Tej Ram S/O Sh. Piru Ram R/O Vill. Khenu PO Kotkhamradha Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/09/14 Gagan S/O Sh. Daulat Ram R/O VIll. Chambal Dhar Kotkhamrada was crossing the road, in the mean time  car (HP34-2954) came from Kullu side towards Mandi very fast and struck with Gagan Kumar who fell down on the road and sustained injuries. HC Harbans Singh No. 68 I.O. of Highway Patrol P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No 208/14 dated 12/09/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Kaur Singh S/O Sh. Churu Ram R/O Vill. Tandi PO Saroa Tehsil Chahciot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/09/14 he was present in his courtyard, in the mean time a car (HP33C-1537) which was on its way from Pandoh towards Saroa fell down from the road about 50 feet downwards the road and Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Sunder Lal R/O Mandi  sustained injuries and admitted in Z.H. Mandi (HP). HC Yash Pal No. 14 I.O of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

   CASE OF SUICIDE

3. Case FIR No. 208/14 dated 12/09/14 U/S 306,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Luhari Devi W/O Late Sh. Naru Ram R/O Vill. Chhatter PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that her daughter Ruma Devi posted as P.E.T. in GSSS Kanaid. On 10/09/14 her daughter Ruma Devi committed suicide by jumping in BBMB Lake Sundernagar due to torture by Pradhan  of school committee   and  other members of said committee. ASI Shamasher Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF HURT AND UNDER JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT

4. Case FIR No. 123/14 dated 12/09/14 U/S 323 IPC and U/S 23 of Juvenile Justice Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Soma Devi W/O Sh. Loharu Ram R/O VPO Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/09/14 her son Dinesh Kumar who is studying in 6^th class in middle school in Kot told to her that on 01/09/14 his teacher Nikka Ram slapped him hard on his right side ear and he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 410 is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 139  vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  13,500/-    and 1 8 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 800/-.
