CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 321/14 dated 09/09/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sumna Soni W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that her husband Raj Kumar obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Prem Singh I.O. of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF MURDER
2 Case FIR No. 206/14 dated 10/09/14 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kasmir Singh S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Bahal PO Pairi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that his daughter Sunita Devi was married with Baldev Singh S/O Sh. Sunder Lal R/O Kandar during the year 2006 . On today his Son- in-law informed him that his daughter is ill and when he reached at Kandar he came to know that his daughter was died and he found mark of injuries on her body. He suspects that his son- in-law , Baldev Singh murdered his daughter. ASI Ram Lal I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 205/14 dated 10/09/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S . Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Dev S/O Sh. Chepu Ram R/O Doh Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur(HP) that he was coming towards Pandoh by Jeep(HP65-2818) alongwith Churamani and when they reached near Kangu, in the mean time Tempo(HP31A-6584) came rashly and hit said Jeep and in this accident Churamani alongwith one another person sustained injuries. ASI Khalil Ahamad I/C of High Way Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 109/14 dated 10/09/14 U/S 323, 325, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Jachh PO Chouridhar Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/08/14 her husband & her mother-in-law beat her up and she sustained injuries .and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 284/14 dated 09/09/14 U/S 341, 323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Devender Kumar S/O Sh. Roop Singh R/O Dhawan Tehsil Balh (HP) that on 09/09/14 at 5:30 PM he was going on the road alongwith his brother, Narottam t0owards Syan road , in the mean time Sunny, Om Parkash came alongwith another person , obstructed their way and beat up both of them. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
6 240challans were issued and fine of Rs. 35000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 27challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 2700/- was recovered and 4 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 16,300 was recovered during last 24 hours.
