CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT AND INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No.207/14 dated 11/09/14 U/S 336, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nand Lal Sharma S/O Sh. Prakash Chand Sharma R/O Dharanda PO Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/09/14 at about 9:30 PM Devender Kumar came alongwith his friends and they pelted the stones and abused him & his friend Pusp Raj . HC Leeladhar No. 913 I.O. of PS Sundernagar is investigating the case
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
2 Case FIR No. 207/14 dated 10/09/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of PP Pandoh that on 11/09/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Matka Chowk Jaral Colony Pandoh and during the course of patrolling he found that Pardeep Kumar S/O Sh. Barmanand Sharma R/O Teen Pipple PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) laid a rehdi of Chowmin etc. on the road which causing obstruction to the general public and traffic . HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
3 Case FIR No. 122/14 dated 12/09/14 U/S 279, 337 , 304 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Karam Chand S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Jahal PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/09/14 at about 7:50 AM he alogwith Sanju and Yash Pal were going to their home by Car( HP03-0351) and when they reached near Jachh, in the mean time the driver of the said Car , which was driven by the Yash Pal lost the control over it and fell down 70 mtr. downward from the road . In this accident Yash Pal succumbed to his injuries in Gohar Hospital and two other sustained injuries. HC Ram Krishan I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 324/14 dated 11/09/14 U/S 341, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat on the complaint of Miss Mamta D/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Ghadhyani PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/09/14 at about 10:30 Kamla Devi and Shiv Ram obstructed her way and abused her. HC Inder Singh No. 07 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5 167 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 26,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered and 9 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 44000/- was recovered during last 24 hours
