 CASE   OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 158/14 dated 19/09/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar by  ASI  Vinod Kumar  I/C of  PP Lad-Bharol that he was on  patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Panther and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1125  ML    Country  Liquor  &  4 Bottles of  Beer  from  the possession of  Pyar Chand  S/O Sh.  Lacchman Singh  R/O  Golva Tehsil  Lab- Bharol  Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI   Vinod  Kumar  I/C of  PP  Lab-Bharol  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 126/14 dated 20/09/14  U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Smt. Champa Devi  D/O Sh. Hari  Singh   R/O  Segli PO  Baga Chanogi Tehsil  Thunag that on 20/09/14  she  along  Phulma Devi  were  coming  back to  their  home by  Car(HP01K-1743)  which was driven by  Ganga Ram  R/O  Khanogi and when they reached  near  Koyalidhar, in the  mean time   above  driver obstructed  their  way  and  beaten them and  both of her sustained injuries.  ASI  Jeet  Singh  I/C of  PP Janjehli  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 211/14   dated 19/09/14  U/S 39  of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar   by  SI   Sanjeev Kumar  SHO of  P.S. Sadar that  on 19/09/14  he was on  patrolling alongwith  other police officials at  Sanyardi  and during the course of patrolling   he recovered  3750  ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Som Raj  S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand  R/O House No. 244/11  Tarna Road  Mandi  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI Sanjeev Kumar  SHO of P.S.  Sadar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   CRIMINAL   TRESPASS

4          Case FIR No. 111/14 dated 20/09/14 U/S 448 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Zishan Khan  at  present Bank Manager PNB Karsog  that   Mehar  Singh  entered  in  the  premises  of a building which was taken  in the possession by the bank  and  also  broke  the locks of  room.   HC  Ranjeet  Singh  No. 71 I/O of P.S.  Karsog   is investigating the case.

   CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5          Case  FIR No. 83/14   dated 19/09/14  U/S 39 of   HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Padhar  by  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar   that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Markhan and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  12 Bottles of  Country  Liquor   &  3 Bottles of  English Wine  from the possession of  Kaltu  Ram  S/O Late. Sh. Paramdev R/O  Markhan PO  Jhatingri  Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Joginder  Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC  SAFETY

6         Case FIR No.  330/14  dated 19/09/14  U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Duni  Chand  S/O Sh.  Ram Saran R/O  Patti  PO  Risha Tehsil  Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on  17/09/14   he was going to  his home , in the mean time  pet dog of  Smt.   Sarla  resident of  the same locality  bit  him .  HC Hem   Raj No.  19  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

7         Case FIR No. 289 dated 20/09/14 U/S 420  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the  complaint of  Smt.  Shakuntla Devi  W/O  Sh. Jai Pal  R/O  Kummi  Tehsil   Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  19/09/14  at  about  3:30  PM  she   went  to withdraw money  from  the  ATM of SBI   at Nerchowk  , in the mean time   unknown person  entered  in the  ATM   room and offered  help  to her  and she gave   her ATM  Card to him .  After    withdrawing the amount  she  took her ATM and went to home. At About 11:46 PM   she   received a SMS   regarding  withdrawal   the amount  from her  SBI Account  and  when she checked  her ATM  and  found that  it  was  replaced with another  ATM Card  . Total   Amount of Rs. 1,32000/-  was  withdrawn from her  Account.   ASI  Sukesh  Kumar  I.O. of  PS  Balh is investigating   the case.

CHALLAN  

8          241 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 38,700 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 18challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1900/-during last 24 hours.
