CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 161/14 dated 21/09/14  U/S 39  of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by SI  Yog Raj  I.O. of  P.S. Jogindernagar that  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at   Bassi  and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered  8 Bottles of  Country Liquor   from the  possession of  Smt. Saina Devi W/O  Late. Sh.  Rajesh  Kumar  R/O  Kunduni PO  Bassi  Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI  Yog Raj   I.O.  of  P.S. Jogindernagar  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case  FIR No. 212/14  dated 22/09/14  U/S 279, 337  IPC  has been  registered  in  P.S. Sadar  on  complaint   of  Sh.  Lalit Kumar S/O  Sh.  Tota Ram R/O   Kandi   PO  Saroa Tehsil Chachiot  Distt.  Mandi (HP)  that he is working  as  a  conductor    with  Truck  No. (HP24D-4595) .   Today   they were  going to Delhi   alongwith   said  Truck  and  when  they reached  near  Jagar, in the  mean  time  Jeep (PB05-M-7085)  came rashly  from  Mandi  side  and hit    their   Truck .  HC  Jagdish   Chand   I.O. of PP  Pandoh is investigating the case.  

CHALLAN  

3        164 challans were issued and fine of Rs.23,600 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered  and  3challan  were   issued under Mining Act  during last 24 hours.
