CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 314/14 dated 4/08/14 U/S 452, 323, 504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Baldev Singh S/O Sh. Nanku Ram R/O Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/09/14 at about 8:30 PM Prithi Chand came alongwith his son Shyam Lal and entered in his room and beat him up alongwith his mother. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 119/14 dated 05/09/14 U/S 336, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Som Dutt S/O Sh. Saran Dass R/O Kataru PO Sangal Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/09/14 he was present in his home along with his family , in the mean time Tanu S/O Dila Ram resident of same locality pelted the stone on his house and also threatened with dire consequence . HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 105/14 dated 04/09/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Jai Ram S/O Sh. Bandi Ram R/O Hurla Tehsil Bunter Distt. Kullu(HP) that he is working as a lineman in electricity department at Bajaura- Thalout line and when he was checking the line, in the mean time Vehicle(PB-10CE-2732) which was driven by Amant Kumar S/O Sh. Surender Kumar R/O House No. 655 Nanak Nagar Gali No. 12 Shlim Tapri Distt Ludhiana(PB) came rashly from Mandi side and hit a tree and tree fell upon the 33 KV electricity line and damaged the whole. HC Parakaram Singh No. 904 I.O. of PS Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 313/14 dated 04/09/14 U/S 406, 418,420, 421,424, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Upender Kumar Senior Manager PNB Sarkaghat that Vias Dev and his son Deepak Jyoti R/O Chandesh PO Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) has taken the loan about Rs. 21,50505 /- to purchase the JCB but they did not registered the said JCB on the name of concerning Bank till now and they have also financed the above machine again from another Bank SBI Nerchowk . ASI Roop Lal I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5 244 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 32000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4200/- was recovered during last 24 hours
