1 Case FIR No. 202/14 dated 06/09/14 U/S 341, 323, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Tej Bhan S/O Sh. Devi Singh R/O Talyhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/09/14 at about 9PM he was going to home by Car ( HP33-2782) and when they reached near Talyahar, in the mean time one person obstructed his way and beat him up alongwith his friends and he sustained injuries and he has also lost Rs 23000/- during the incident . ASI Hem Raj I.O. of PS Sadar is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 06/09/14 at about 9PM Tej Bhan S/O Sh. Devi Singh R/O Talyahar came alongwith 2 friends and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Rajmal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 279/14dated 06/09/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Dhangu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) on 06/09/14 at about 6 PM she was going to Kanaid alongwith her husband by his car and when they reached near Balh, in the mean time Kishan Chand obstructed their way and beat to them . 4 Case FIR No. 280/14 dated 06/09/14 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nek Ram S/O Sh. Keshaw Ram R/O Sidhyani Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/09/14 at about 8 PM Galelu came alongwith his friends and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI Chiranji Lal I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5 Case FIR No. 281/14 dated 07/09/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Malkiyat Singh I.O. of PP Rewalsar that on 07/09/14 on an information he went on the spot and found that a Car (HP32-0334) fell down from road near Palyani, and two occupants Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh. Roshan lal R/O Barswahan Tehsil Balh & Gian Chand S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Jansehra Tehsil Sarkaghat who were boarded on the said car sustained injuries. HC Malkiyat Singh No. 57 I.O. PS Balh is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 61/14 dated 06/09/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Rattan Singh that on 06/09/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found that a heap of sand was laid by the Nika Ram S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram House No. 13/11 Purana Bazar Sundernagar causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic . HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

7 Case FIR No. 62/14 dated 06/09/14 U/S 283, 187 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Rattan Singh SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 06/09/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he fond that Baldev Raj Sharma S/O Sh. Chet Ram House No. 162/11 Bashisht Niwas Purana Bazar has obstructed the way by laying of heap of sand on the roadside causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. HC Ram Lal No,. 543 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Devi Singh R/O Chandni PO Tikkru Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/09/14 Lekh Raj & Meena Devi resident of same locality obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequence . HC Rajmal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER
9 Case FIR No. 106/14 dated 06/09/14 U/S 307 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Ram Lal S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Guran PO Thachi Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/09/14 he was coming to Thalot by his Tata Sumo(HP01M-3980) and when he reached near Dharudhar then he found that two girls lying aside the road and crying loudly and they had sharp wounds on their stomach and there was a continue bleeding. While asking Mathura Devi and Begma Devi told him that they were going to Thalot for computer course , in the mean time Tej Ram S/O Sh. Setu Ram R/O Khalawan PO Thachi Distt. Mandi met her and stabbed both of her with a sharp edged knife and ran away from the spot . SI Anil Kumar SHO of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

10 Case FIR No. 317/14 dated 06/09/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Jhadyar PO Kangoo-ka- Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/09/14 at about 6PM Sarla Devi , Vinay Kumar & Kamlesh Kumari obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Inder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
11 267challans were issued and fine of Rs. 37,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
