CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 182/14 dated 29/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar by ASI Govind Pal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Seru and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1300 ML English wine and 2 bottles of beer from the shop of Manoj Kumar at Seru. ASI Govind Ram I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 247/14 dated 29/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi  by SI Vinod Thakur that on 29/10/14 at about 5.15 PM he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Roparu and during the    course of patrolling he recovered 8 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  resident of village Roparu. SI Vinod Thakur I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3. Case FIR No. 248/14 dated 29/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi  by SI (Prob.) Sanjay Kumar that on 29/10/14 at about 5.15 PM he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Thanout    and during the    course of patrolling he recovered 5 bottles of  English wine  from the possession of  a person resident of village Thanaut. SI (Prob.) Sanjay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

4. Case FIR No 334/14 dated 29/10/14 U/S 498A,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Ranu Devi W/O Sh. Chanchal Kumar R/O Vill. Riggar PO Rajgarh Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that soon after of her marriage her husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law are harassing her. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5. Case FIR No. 335/14 dated 29/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Chiranji Lal Incharge P.P. Rewalsar  that on 29/10/14 at about 5.15 PM he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Panolu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9 bottles of lahan from the possession of a lady resident of Panolu. ASI  Chiranji Lal Incharge P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR No. 336/14 dated 29/10/14 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Baldev Raj S/O Sh. Bajir Nath R/O Vill. Matholi PO Chhakoh Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) that on 29/10/14 he was on his way from Kullu towards Darlaghat  by a truck (HP11C-7297) and when he reached near Valley View Hotel at Chakkar a three wheeler (HP05-1077) came from wrong side and  struck with his truck and both occupants sustained injuries. ASI Sahab Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating case.

7. Case FIR No. 84/14 dated 29/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar   by SI Rattan Singh SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 29/10/14 at about 5.15 PM he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Serdh   and during the    course of patrolling he recovered 2 bottles country liquor  from   the possession of  a person resident of village Serdh. SI Rattan Singh SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

8. Case FIR No. 85/14 dated 29/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar   by ASI Terilok Chand I.O. of P.S.  BSL Colony  Sundernagar that on 29/10/14 at about 5.15 PM he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Nehra  and during the    course of patrolling he recovered 13.5 KG lahan from   the possession of  a person resident of village Nehra. ASI Trilok Chand  I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9. Case FIR No. 381/14 dated 29/10/14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kaushlya Devi W/O Sh. Ganpat Ram R/O Vill. Hawani PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/10/14 she along with her sisnter-in-law were traveling by a jeep  and when said jeep reached near Hawani, driver of said jeep lost conrol over it and jeep fell down from the road and Smt. Indira Devi WOS h. Gurdev R/O Samsoh PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi died on the spot. ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

10. Case FIR No. 267/14 dated 29/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar    by ASI Rajender Kumar I/C P.P. Dehar  that  on 29/10/14 at about 5.15 PM he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Gugahan  and during the    course of patrolling he recovered 4000 ML illicit liquor from   the possession of  a person resident of village Gugahan. ASI Rajender Kumar I/C P.P> Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

11. Case FIR No. 125/14 dated 29/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Aut  that on 29/10/14 at about 5.15 PM he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Jhiri and during the    course of patrolling he recovered 24 bottles country liquor    the possession of  a person resident of village Jhiri. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CHA       CHALLAN 

12. 213 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 36,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
