TRACEOUT OF MISSING PERSON
1. Constable Rajender Kumar No. 281 of Missing Squad-II of Mandi Police traced out Sh. Munish Kumar S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O H. NO. 46/4, Ravi Nagar Mandi Distt. Mandi (HP) from Jammu who was reported missing since 17/09/2014 vide daily dairy report 33 of Police Post City Mandi.CASE OF RIOTING & OBSTRUCTING WAY
2. Case FIR No. 218/14 dated 1/10/14 U/S 143, 341, 336 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Karam Singh No. 24 I.O. of PP City Mandi (HP) that on today the activist of ABVP burnt the Effigy of Hon'ble Chief Minister of HP at Chauhatta Bazzar Mandi without any precaution by putting danger to human life and shops around Chauhatta Bazaar Mandi . 3. Case FIR No. 217/14 dated 30/ 09/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered by SI Kulwant Singh (Prob) that on 30/09/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Bindrawani and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Devender Thakur S/O Sh. Gopal Singh Thakur R/O Nela PO Dudar. SI Kulwant Singh (Prob) I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4. Case FIR No. 112/14 dated 30/09/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Subhash Chand I./C of PP Balichowki P.S. Aut that on 30/09/14 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Parjolidhar and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 6000 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Prem Singh S/O Sh. Tek Singh R/O Suragi PO Chethar Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Subhash Chand I/C of PP Bali Chowki is investigating the case.CHALLAN
5. 268 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 41,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 7challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
