CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT & DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT
1 Case FIR No. 133/14 dated 06/10/14 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Tikkam Ram S/O Sh. Doulat Ram R/O Ropa P.O. Shawadh Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 06/10/14 he was coming to his home by Private Bus(HP66-1431) which was on the route Karsog to Anni and at about 11:45 AM when they reached near Bethua , in the mean time the driver of said Bus which was driven by Sant Ram lost the control on the Bus due to rash driving and fell down 500 Mtr. downwards from the road and 18 occupants which were boarded on said bus sustained injuries and driver Sant Ram died on way to hospital . ASI Jeet Sing I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 228/14 dated 06/10/14 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Devi Ram S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O Faflani P.O. Churadh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/10/14 he was present in his home, in the mean time Brestu Ram S/O Sh. Devi Ram resident of same locality entered in his home and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Leeladhar No. 913 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 120/14 dated 06/10/14 U/S 353, 332, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by HHG Hardyal Singh S/O Sh. Balam Mukund R/O Ghani P.O. Mahunag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) at present posted as a HHG in P.S. Karsog that on 06/10/14 at about 6:55 PM he was on traffic duty at Karsog Bazar near Bus Stand , in the mean time Kuljeet S/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O Nayara P.O. Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) came there and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
4 Case FIR No. 121/14 dated 06/10/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Taramani S/O Sh. Tilak Raj R/O Bhager P.O. Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/10/14 Khem Raj resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 343 dated 06/10/14 U/S 427, 447, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Chamaru Ram S/O Sh. Thutha Ram R/O Gharwasra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/10/14 Om Chand , Lalit Kumar and Yasoda Devi entered in his land and cut the grass from his field and beat him up also and he sustained injuries. SI Anil Kumar (Prob) I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
6 238 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 31,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.800/- was recovered and 2 challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs 4600/- recovered during last 24 hours.
