CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 123/14 dated 06/10/14 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the   complaint of Sh. Shodha Ram S/O  Sh. Paras R/O Tundal P.O. Nanj Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  07/10/14   at about  3:45 PM  Narayan Singh  S/O Sh. Shiv Ram  R/O  Sarandhi P.O.  Sarahan obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequences.  HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 86/14 dated 08/10/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC & 187 MV  Act has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Roop  Lal  S/O Sh. Kanwar  Singh   R/O  Kothi  P.O.  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  08/10/14  at  about   9:30  AM   when he was present  at the courtyard of  his home , in the mean time Jeep  came  rashly from Mandi   side  and hit the Motor Cycle (HP29A-0259)  and  both  the person who were boarded  on said Motor Cycle sustained injuries.  SI  Bhim Sain  SHO of P.S. Padhar  is investigating the case.  

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

3         Case FIR No. 134/14 dated 07/10/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC  has been  registered in P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of  Sh.  Sanjeev  Thakur  S/O Sh. Prem Dass  R/O  33/12  TF  Nabha House  Shimla   that on  07/10/14  he  along with  MLA  Mahinder Singh  & his wife   Promila  Devi  were  going to  Charkhadi by  Car( HP51T-6293)  and  when they reached near Khiod, in the mean time a Car(HP32A-2412)  came    rashly from Gohar  side   and hit  his car  and  in this  accident  Promila  Devi   alongwith  four  person who were boarded   in  Car(HP32A-2412)  sustained injuries.  HC Chaman Lal  I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST  & UNDER  H.P.  PREVENTION  MALPRACTICES  ACT

4          Case FIR No. 344/14 dated 07/10/14  U/S 406 IPC  & 7, 8 of HP Prevention  Malpractice  Act  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajgir  Singh  Asst.  Prof. History  Govt. Degree college Sarkaghat  that  on  07/10/14  candidate Rajeev Kumar  caught by him  while  copying  in the examination hall  and  said   candidate  ran away  from the  examination  hall  alongwith  answer sheet . ASI  Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.   

 CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION 

5            Case FIR No.  229/14 dated 07/10/14 U/S 325, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Suneet Kumar S/O Sh.  Nand Lal  R/O  Dhangu P.O. Ratti   Tehsil   Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/10/14   Jaspal Singh beat him up and he sustained injuries.  H C Tek Chand No. 3  I.O. of P.S.  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6            Case FIR No. 230/14 dated 07/10/14 U/S  341,  323,  IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Sarika Saini  W/O Sh.  Raj Kumar R/O Dhawan Tehsil   Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  07/10/14  he alongwith  her  sister-in-law  were going to home, in the mean time her Brother-in-law   Devinder Kumar  obstructed   their way and beat them and they  sustained injuries.  HC Lalit Kumar  No. 26  I.O. of P.S.  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

 7         364  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 56,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 24challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.2400/- was recovered   and  2 challans  were   issued under Mining Act  during last 24 hours.
