CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 231/14 dated 08/10/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Taru P.O. Ghiri Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/10/14 at about 1:50 PM while his father Ganga Ram was crossing the road near Cinema Chowk Sundernagar , in the mean time a Car(UP14 DT-3217) which was driven by Devendra Singh Solanki S/O Sh. Suresh Singh Solanki R/O Rahul Bihar Gaziyabad (UP) , came rashly from Mandi side and hit his father Ganga Ram and his father sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR Wing P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2 Case FIR No. 347/14 dated 08/10/14 U/S 341, 323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prittam Singh S/O Sh. Sangaru Ram R/O Ramehra P.O. Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/10/14 Kesri Dutt obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Thakar Dass I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 166 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 23,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.900/- was recovered and 2 challan were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs 11,700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
