CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 124/14 dated 09/10/14  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S Karsog  by  ASI  Ram Swaroop  I/C of PP Pangna that on 10/10/14 he was  on patrolling alongwith  other police officials at Charkhadi  and during  the course of patrolling he recovered 2625 ML Country  Liquor from the possession of  Sh.  Dharameshwer S/O Sh.  Hari  Ram  R/O  Garoli P.O. Prassi Sub-Tehsil Nihari  Distt. Mandi (HP)  ASI Ram Swaroop  I/C of PP Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE OF   CRIMINAL MISAPPROPRIATION, CHEATING , FORGERY AND  CRIMINAL  CONSPIRACY

2         Case FIR No. 311/14  dated 10/10/14  U/S  403, 420, 421, 465, 468, 471, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint  of  Sh.  Kapil  Bhargav  at present  Manager PNB Branch  Nerchowk that  Smt.  Aruna Sharma W/O Sh.  Kiran Kumar  R/O  Chandesh P.O. Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat   Distt Mandi (HP)  with active  connivance of  Kiran Kumar  S/O   Sh. Byas Dev resident of  same locality and   Dheeraj Guleria S/O  Sh.  Prithi Pal  Singh  R/O  Panjeeth P.O. Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  (HP) managed to  get the   loan   from  said PNB  Branch  by  producing the forged documents  for purchasing the  JCB  and  during the   process of recovery of  loan amount bank asked to borrower to  produce the JCB. At  that time   authority  of  bank came to know that  no JCB  was purchased  by the borrower. HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case. 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

3          Case FIR No. 312/14 dated 11/10/14  U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint  of  Smt. Bindra  Devi W/O Sh.  Pawan Kumar  R/O  Tawan P.O. Dhawan Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  her son namely   Khushal  is missing  since 03/10/14  and  she suspect that someone  kidnapped  her son . ASI  Jagdish Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case. 

CHALLAN

 4           222  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 39,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 19challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.1900/- recovered during last 24 hours.
