CRIME REPORT ON 12 OCT.

                                      

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 168/14 dated 11/10/14   U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by ASI  Thakru Ram  I/C of PP  Ghatta  that on 11/10/14   he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Mohan Ghatti  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  12  Bottles  of Country Liquor  from the possession of  Hari Singh  S/O Sh.  Ranja Ram R/O   Mohan  Ghatti Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Thakru Ram  I/C of PP  Ghatta is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 135/14 dated 12/10/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of  Sh. Khem Singh  S/O Sh. Thakur Dass  R/O Nihari P.O. Thach  Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  11/10/14  at about 7:30 PM  he was going to Janjehli by  Jeep(HP32A-2318)  which  was  driven by  Durga Singh  S/O  Sh. Mohan  Singh  R/O  Shunah P.O.  Lamba Thach  Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP)  and  when they reached near  Balendha Mod, in the mean time   driver of  said  Jeep  lost the control on the  vehicle  due to rash  driving  and Jeep  fell down  50-60 feet  downward from the  road  and  both of them sustained injuries.  HC  Sarwan Kumar No. 917  I/O of PP Janjehli is investigating  the case. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No. 313/14  dated 12/10/14  U/S  279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act  has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Dinesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Sher Singh  R/O  Syanh P.O. Lohara Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 11/10/14  at about 9:45 PM  he was  going to his home  and  when he reached  near  Syanh , in the mean time a Truck(HP34-3245)  came rashly  from  behind  and hit him from back  side, he  fell  down on the road and he sustained injuries.  HC  Dharmender No.  77 I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

 4        175 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 14 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.1400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
