CRIME REPORT ON 28 OCT.

CASE OF   NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 264/14  dated 28/10/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by  ASI  Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sundernagar  Bazar and during the course of patrolling he recovered  215 Gms  Charas( Cannabis ) from the possession of  Praveen  Saklani S/O Sh. Gulab Singh  R/O  Trambli(Mahan)  P.O. Khalanau Sub- Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Prakash Chand I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

2          Case FIR No. 83/14 dated 27/10/14 u/s 325, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sumitra Devi W/O Sh. Narayanu Ram R/O Palohata  PO Upper Behli Tehsil Sunderangar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/10/14  Dhani Ram   abused her .  ASI  Trilok  Chand  I.O. of PS BSL Colony Sunderangar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 330/14 dated 27/10/14  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by  SI  Sandeep  Sharma I.O. of P.S. Balh that  he was on patrolling  alongwith other  police officials at  Bhana and  duing the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Ltr. Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Bhuri Singh  S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O  Bhana Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). SI  Sandeep Sharma I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4          Case FIR No. 331/14 dated 27/10/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  Insp. Madan Dhiman SHO of P.S. Balh that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Rao Pali and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  5Ltr. Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Ram Singh  S/O Sh. Jihnu  Ram R/O  Salwahan  Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP).  Insp  Madan Dhiman SHO of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5         Case FIR No. 332/14 dated 28/10/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nek Ram S/O Sh. Sunder Singh  R/O Ghiundhar PO Rewalsar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that today   he  was  present in Rewalsar Bazar, in the  mean  time ,   a Motor Cycle(HP33C-7670) came rashly from Mandi side and hit Dolma Devi W/O Sh.  Dagu Ram  and  she sustained injuries.  HC  Sharwan Kumar No. 61 I.O. of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR No. 155/14  dated 28/10/14  U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Sh.  Dharmender  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Tande Ram  R/O Chet PO Chauni Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  27/10/14  Sh.  Fateh  Singh  S/O Sh.  Amar Singh  R/O Gugahan Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi   came  alongwith Devki Nandan R/O  Gaga  Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi   , obstructed  his way and beat him up .  ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

7          Case FIR No. 245/14 dated 28/10/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  on the complaint of Smt. Khemi Devi  W/O Sh. Prakash Chand  R/O Kasan PO  Saigaloo Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 27/10/14  Karam Singh  came alongwith  her  daughter-in-law Dhani  Devi   obstructed her way  and  beat her up . HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Sadar   is investigating the case.

CASE OF   ROAD   ACCIDENT

8          Case  FIR No. 246/14 dated 28/10/14  U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint  of Sh. Biri Singh  S/O Sh. Tilu Ram R/O Pulgharat PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 27/10/14   at about 7:30  PM he  was present in his  home, in the  mean time he  heard  loud noise  and  he  came  out from his home  and   he  found that  a vehicle(HP65-4182)  which was  driven by Ram Lal  S/O Sh. Premu Ram  R/O  Banjar,   fell  down from  the road  and in this  mishap  his  wife  Smt. Jaswanti Devi  sustained injuries and   their daughter  Miss Charu Devi  died.  HC  Karan  Singh  No. 24  I.O. of P.S. Sadar    is investigating the case. 

CHALLAN

9          157 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 26,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
