Chander Singh R/O Panjethi PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Chander Singh R/O Panjethi PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/14 Smt. Yashoda Devi obstructed the path of his wife namely Sunita and beat her up. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/14 Vinod Kumar came alongwith his wife namely Sunita and obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 254/14 dated 10/11/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by SI (Prob.) Hans Raj I.O. of SIU Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kotli and during the course of patrolling he recovered 14 bottles of English wine from the possession of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Kashmir Singh R/O Sain PO Khadya Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (Prob.) Hans Raj I.O. of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 255/14 dated 10/11/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by (Prob) SI Hans Raj I.O. SIU Mandi that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Upper Surari and during the course patrolling he recovered 3 Bottles of English Wine & 6 Bottles of Beer from the possession of Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Rajender Dev R/O Upper Surari Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) SI Hans Raj I.O. of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

Kanyad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/14 a lady obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Jagdish Chand I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
6 Case FIR No.392/14 dated 10/11/14 U/S 447, 323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sitam Dev S/O Sh. Kapoora Ram R/O Seoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/14 Rajesh Kumar resident of same locality entered in his land and beat him up. SI Madan Lal I/C of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

7 147 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.23000/- was recovered and 7 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
