1 Case FIR No. 263/14 dated 13/11/14 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Hitesh Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Kumar R/O Silhakipper P.O. Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/11/14 at about 11:15 PM he was present at Bidravani in his shop, in the mean time he heard the loud noise and he found that a Vehicle (HP65-4156) was rolling down on the road which was driven by driver Lakhan Singh S/O. Sh. Mahinder Singh R/O Silhakipper PO Dudar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) & who was died on the spot. ASI Karan Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 265/14 dated 13/11/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Raj Chand R/O Ghadwahan PO Pairi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/11/14 a Car ( HP31A-1947) which was driven by the Naveen Kumar S/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Ghadwhan, fell downwards from the road and above said driven Naveen Kumar sustained injuries. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT , RIOTING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 264/14 dated 13/11/14 U/S 353, 332, 147, 149, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Singh S/O Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Salhana PO Chukku Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Naib Tehsildaar Sadar Mandi (HP) that on 13/11/14 he along with Patwari Kehar Singh were present at Nela for the demarcation of Land, in the mean time Biri Singh S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Nela came alongwith his family members and started to beat him , abused him and also threatened with dire consequence. SI Vinod Thakur I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 98/14 dated 13/11/14 U/S 420, 120 (B) IPC has been P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Puspa Devi W/O Sh. Diwan Chand R/O Taryokna PO Padwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she is a Mid day meal worker in Govt. High School Taryokna but she was discharged from the job and her junior retained for above said job. HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 90/14 dated 13/11/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Raghu Nandan R/O Dhandrash P.O. Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/11/14 he was coming towards Mandi by his Motor Cycle(HP 31-8036) and when reached Dhanotu, in the mean time a Scooty ( HP31A-5384) came rashly and hit his Motor Cycle and he sustained injuries. 6 Case FIR No. 190/14 dated 14/11/4 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been retgistered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of PP Ghatta that he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Bheru and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 90 gram Charas( Cannabis) from the possession of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O Bheru P.O. Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
7 Case FIR No. 189/14 dated 13/11/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Joginderangar by Insp. / SHO Amar Singh that he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Galu and during the course of checking of vehicle( HP01D-3589) he recovered 800 gram Charas( Cannabis ) from the possession of Ranjeet Singh S/O Sh. Karnail Singh R/O Sirat PO Mohatali Tehsil Indora Distt. Kangra(HP) . Insp Amar Singh SHO of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

8 Case FIR No. 188/14 dated 13/11/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ashwani Katoch S/O Sh. Pardhan Chand Katoch R/O Masoli PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) when he was present at Masoli, in the mean time a Bulero Jeep came rashly and hit a child namely Sujal S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Masoli and he sustained injuries. ASI Purshottam dass I/ C of Traffic Joginderngar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS
9 Case FIR No. 284/14 dated 13/11/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been regiostered in P.S. Sunderngar by ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Slapper that 13/11/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Bhawana and during the course of patrolling he recovered 78 gram Charas ( Cannabis ) from the possession of Beli ram S/O Sh. Thakur Dass R/O Sihada Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu. ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
10 142 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.20,800 /- was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4500 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
