CASE OF NDPS ACT
1 Case FIR No.274/14 dated 21/11/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by SI Sandeep Choudhary I.O. of P.S. Sadar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Dayodhdhar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 412 Gram Charas( Cannabis) from the possession of Saras Sood S/O Sh. Ashwani Sood House No. D-II Strawvery Hills Housing Boarding Colony Chotta Shimla (HP) & Girish Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Ghangal P.O. Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP) . Who were coming from Kullu side by Motor Cycle(HP31A-4899) . Both of Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by SI Sandeep Choudhary I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.
CASE OF HURT
2 Case FIR No. 273/14 dated 21/11/14 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Anshu Thakur S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O Behdaar P.O. Gokhda Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is beaten by Tek Chand at Gokhda. HC Rajmal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No.166/14 dated 20/11/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Usha Devi W/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O Tunga Dhar PO Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/11/14 Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Duni Chand resident of same locality obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 167/14 dated 20/11/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Tunga Dhar PO Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/11/14 Usha Devi W/O Sh. Dile Ram resident of same locality obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Jeet Sin gh I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5 Case FIR No. 99/14 dated 21/11/14 U/S 279, 304 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Banti S/O Late. Sh. Hamid R/O Jogindernagar Tehsil Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/11/14 he was travelling from Ponta Sahib to Jogindernagar by Tourist Bus (HP01-3557) and when they reached at Mathanayul, in the mean time a Scooter(HP32-0822) came from Drang side and said Bus hit the Scooter which was ridden by Ashwani Kumar S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Silag PO Pali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) and above said Scooter rider died in this mishap. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
6 Case FIR No. 402/14 dated 20/11/14 U/S 353, 332,504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj at present Principal Govt. Sr. Sec. School Baroti Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/11/14 Pankaj Kumar TGT Science who was on his duty at Govt. Sr. Sec. School Baroti was beaten by Rohit Kumar resident of Langehar Distt. Mandi(HP) and also threatened with dire consequence . SI Madan SHO of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
7 Case FIR No. 193/14 dated 20/11/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindermnagar by ASI Vinod Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sandha and during the course of patrolling he recovered 930 ML Country Liquor, 570 ML English Wine & 1 Bottle of Beer from the possession of Rajender Singh S/O Late. Sh. Duni Chand R/O Sandha PO Outpur Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
8 161 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.30,200/- was recovered and 10 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 11,500/ was recovered during last 24 hours.
