1 Case FIR No. 315/14 dated 19/12/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vivek Sharma S/O Sh. Kasmir Singh R/O Khuthhead P.O. Devbradta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/12/14 at about 8PM he was present at Jagriti Dhaba at Bhawana, in the mean time Car ( HP01-1948 ) came rashly and hit many persons namely Vivek , Tara Devi , Suman, , Jayoti , & Vishal and all said person sustained injuries. ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No.399/14 dated 19/12/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mehar Singh S/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O Mandal Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/12/14 Narrayan Singh S/O Sh. Hirdu Ram R/O Gutkar was crossing the road NH-21 near Satluj Motors Agency , in the mean time a Motor Cycle (HR99TX(T)-0458) which was ridden by Nischal S/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh VPO Nagchalla, came rashly from Nagchalla side and hit Narayan Singh and he sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 400/14 dated 19/12/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Harish Kumar S/O Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Rathoa PO Tikkar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/12/14 he parked his Jeep(HP34B-3975) alongside the road , in the mean time a Car(HP33B-2308) came rashly from Chadyal side and hit his Jeep and three occupants who were boarded said car sustained injuries. . HC Dharamender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 443/14 dated 19/12/14 U/S 325, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Byasa Devi W/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Kasmaila Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/12/14 Amar Singh came alongwith his wife, Puspa Devi and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Shiv Singh No. 844 I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT, ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 444/14 dated 19/12/14 U/S 325, 355, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Dolma Devi W/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O Ropa Thathar PO Bhamla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/12/14 Lachhman Dass resident of same locality beat her up , abused her and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Thakur Dass I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
6 Case FIR No. 294/14 dated 19/12/14 U/S 447, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Karam Singh S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Kansan PO Saigaloo Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/10/14 Parkash Chand, Parvati Devi & Purno Devi entered in his land and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequence . ASI Satpal I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7 Case FIR No. 295/14 dated 19/12/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Yash Raj S/O Sh. Yog Raj R/O House No. 56/5 Place Colony Mandi Distt. Mandi that on 19/12/14 Truck ( HP69-4177) & HRTC Bus (HP66-1838) collided to each other and driver & conductor of Bus sustained injuries in this mishap due to rash driving of said Truck driver. HC Kamal Singh I.O . of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
8 148Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.20,800/ was recovered and 3 challan was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 300 was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 9000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
