 CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 303/14 dated 07/12/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by Inspr. Madan Lal SHO P.S. Sundernagar that on 06/12/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Pungh and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2 KG 750 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Chet Ram S/O Sh Vikram Jeet Village Patlikuhal P.O. Katrain Distt Kullu (HP),Rajesh Kumar S/O Narayan Singh Vill. Mathayana P.O Chanoun Tehsil Banjar Distt Kullu (HP)  and Jagdish S/O Tara Chand Vill. Ghatghat P.O Chanoun Tehsil Banjar Distt Kullu (HP). All accused have been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by Inspr. Madan Lal SHO P.S. Sundernagar.

 

CASE OF SUICIDE

2. Case FIR No. 284/14 dated 07/12/14 U/S 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Reenu W/O Late Sh. Karam Singh R/O Guramajhwar PO Upper Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/12/14 Smt. Neeru W/O Sh. Sanjeev Sharma R/O H. No. 73/9 dated Bhagwahan Mohalla Distt. Mandi (HP) informed her telephonically that her daughter Bandana committed suicide by hanging and also stated that her daughter Bandana committed suicide due to torture by Smt. Neeru. SI Sandeep Verma I/C P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 139/14 dated 06/12/14 U/S 451,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Levat Ram S/O Sh. Hot Ram R/O Vill. Kanog PO Rahla Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/12/14 Ghamir Dass S/O Sh. Hot Ram resident of the same locality along with his wife and Hukam Chand beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Prakam Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4. Case FIR No. 383/14 dated 06/12/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Vill. Dharwahan PO Nerchowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/12/14 Vijay Kumar and Naresh Kumar beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Nand Lal I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ASSAULT, HURT, RIOTING AND MISCHIEF

5. Case FIR No. 163/14 DATED 06/12/14 U/S 356,323,147 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Sapan Deep S/O Sh. Om Prakash Sector 19 Chandigarh that on 16/12/ 14 at about 9 PM  10-15 persons beat him up and also snatched his golden chain. HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case. 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND  HURT

6. Case FIR No. 304/14 dated 07/12/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shashi Kumar S/O Sh. Ghyan Chand R/O VPO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/12/14 at about 8 AM Jai Lal and his son Kamal  and Daulat obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Leela Dhar No. 913 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No. 424/14 dated 06/12/14 U/S 452,323,430,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bhim Singh S/O Sh. Achharu Ram R/o Vill. Bhaderana PO Saklana Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/12/14 Rewat Ram S/O Sh. Acchru Ram, Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Rewat Ram, Brahmi Devi W/O Sh. Rewat Ram and Reena Devi W/O Sh. Rajender Kumar  all resident of the same locality entered in his home and beat him up. ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case. 

CHALLANS

8. 136 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 15,600/-    and 22 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 2300/-.
