CASE OF NDPS ACT

1        Case FIR  No.25/15 dated 17/01/15 U/S  15,18   of NDPS  Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by  ASI  Brij  Lal  I/C of PP Slapper  that on 17/01/15  he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials at  Slapper Bridge and during the  course of checking   a Car (HP55N-1858) he recovered  66 gram  opium &  908 gram poppy straw from the   possession of  Manjeet Singh  S/O Sh. Mukhtayar Singh  R/O  Jagtarpur Distt.  Tarantaran (PB) .  Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  ASI Brij Lal  I/C of PP Slapper.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2      Case FIR No. 26/15  dated 17/01/15 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar   on the complaint of Sh. Varun Thakur S/O Sh. Krishan  Chand   VPO  Kanaid  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 17/01/15  he was present at Kanaid, in the mean  time  a Car(HP33-2696)  which was driven by  Ankush   Verma  S/O Sh. Kanhiya  Lal  R/O  Pungh  Distt. Mandi (HP) , came rashly  from  Mandi  side  and  hit a child  who was  crossing the road  and  said  child sustained injuries in this mishap .  SI  Gopal Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

3        Case FIR No.18/15 dated 17/01/15  U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  ASI  Hem Raj  I.O. of P.S. Sadar that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police  officials  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4825 ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Dinesh  Kumar S/O Sh. Dhandev  R/O  Nanawan PO  Marathu  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Hem Raj  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

4        Case FIR No. 10/15  dated 17/01/15  U/S 323, 324, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh  Kumar S/O Sh. Shyam Singh  R/O Sharanbag  P.O. Sarahan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on 16/01/15  Rajender Kumar S/O SH. Dinesh  Kumar  R/O Paloh    beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC Tej Singh   No. 55 I.O. of P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF   CRIMINAL  TRESPASS , HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No. 25/14   dated 17/01/15 U/S 447, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev  Kumar  S/O Sh. Mehar  Chand  R/O  Kalswai P.O. Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/01/15   Smt.  Seema Devi  W/O Sh. Raj Pal came  alongwith  Raj Pal and  entered in his land  and  beat  his wife  and also threatened  them with dire consequence.  ASI  Sandeep  Kumar I.O. of PP  Dharampur is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6        159  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.15800/-  was  recovered  and 7challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/-  was recovered   and  1 challan  was issued under Mining Act and  fine of Rs 4550  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
