1 Case FIR No.16/15 dated 24/01/15 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S.Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dhandev S/O Sh. Meena Ram R/O Dhar PO Sapnot Tehsil Karsog that on 24/01/15 he along with Amar Singh , Kanshi Ram & Rattan Lal were going to Shimla by Car(PB5J-2374) which was driven by Rattan Lal and when they reached near Kaithu, in the mean time driver of said car lost the control on the case due to rash driving and met with an accident . Amar Singh died on the spot and others sustained injuries in this mishap. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 31/15 dated 24/01/15 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Megh Singh S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Proun Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 23/01/15 Vijay Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 32/15 dated 24/01/15 U/S 452, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Mahi Ram R/O Proun Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 23/01/15 Megh Singh came alongwith Prince both are resident of Proun , entered in his room and beat him up. ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 172 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.26,600 -/ was recovered and 7 challan was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 700 was recovered and 1 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
