1 Case FIR No. 34/15 dated 25/01/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI Kalyan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 25/01/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Tarot and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2000 ML Illicit Liquor fromt the possession of Meena Devi W/O Sh. Findru Ram R/O Tarot Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI Kalyan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigaitng the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 35/15 dated 25/01/15 U/S 39 of HP Exicse Act has been registered in P.S. Sundenagar by ASI Parkash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 25/01/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Kanaid and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML Illicit Liquior from the possession of Smt. Gangi Devi W/O Sh. Mahi Ram R/O Halel Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Parkash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 36/15 dated 25/01/15 U/S 341, 323 , 504 ,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sita Ram S/O Sh. Nathu Ram R/O Koon PO Balag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/01/15 Durga Dass, Pawan Kumar came alongwith his family memebers and obstructed his way and beat him up and also threaten him with dire consequeces. ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Slapper is investigaing the case.
CHALLAN
4 122 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.18,100 /- was recovered and 5 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
