CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1        Case FIR No. 29/15 dated 26/02/15  U/S 279, 337, 338  IPC  & U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Sh. Subham S/O Sh. Bachiter Singh   R/O Arthi Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  today  he was  present  near  Guglikhad, in the mean time a Scooty which was ridden by  Dinesh  Kumar S/O Sh. Dharam Chand  R/O Dhelu Mod came  rashly and hit to an old man namely  Shesh Ram  S/O  Late. Sh. Gopi  Ram  R/O  Dhelu  PO  Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  and  sustained injuries. ASI  Purshottam Dass  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2        Case FIR No. 27/15 dated 26/02/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise  Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by SI  Lal Singh   SHO  of  P.S. Gohar   that  on 26/02/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Noun and during the course of patrolling he  recovered  1500 ML  Illicit Liquor from the possession of  Todar Ram  S/O Sh. Thakur Ram  R/O  Madlog Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Lal Singh   SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING    

3      Case  FIR No. 21/15 dated 27/02/15  U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Kishan Chand  S/O Sh. Mast Ram   R/O  Sumnidhar PO Kalahnidhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  his grandson  is missing since 23/02/15 and he suspect that  someone kidnapped his  grandson .  ASI  Subhash Chand  I/C of PP Balichowki  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No. 63/15 dated 26/06/15  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tejender Singh  S/O Sh. Sher Singh  R/O Rohada Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/02/15  he alongwith his friend were   going towards  Gutkar by Car (HP24A-5592)  which  was  driven by Dinesh  Kumar and when they reached near Chakkar, in the mean time  the  driver of said   Car  lost the control on the vehicle  and collided  with  a house  alongside  the  road and both   of them sustained  injuries.  HC Vijay Kumar No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  ARSON

 5    Case FIR No.15/15  dated 27/02/15  U/S 436 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Padhar on the complaint  of Sh. Luxman Singh  S/O Sh. Shesh Ram  R/O Surahan PO Padhar Tehsil Padhar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that during  the intervening   of  26-27/02/15  Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Dev Raj  resident of  same locality,  set his shuttering  on fire.  HC  Raj Kumar No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6        186 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.32,100/-  was  recovered  and 11 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1100/-  was recovered  and 1 challan was  issued under  Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/- was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
