CASE   OF  OBSTRUCTING  WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No.29/15 dated 28/02/15   U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Jeevan Lal  S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Shikawari Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/02/15  he  alongwith his son were going to Khaladhar  and when they reached at  Bhadod, in the mean time  Om  Chand  S/O Sh. Karam Singh  R/O  Khaladhar  obstructed  his way and beat him up.  HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917  I/C of  PP Janjehli  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2        Case FIR No.41/15 dated 28/02/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Saju  Ram  R/O  Manah PO Nihri that  on 27/02/15  he was going to his home, in the mean time  Dola Ram came alongwith three persons  and  obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI Amarnath  I/C of PP Pangna  is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

3        Case FIR No. 44/15 dated 28/02/15  U/S 323, 325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Akshay Sharma S/O Sh. Bhushan Sharma House No. 329/3 Jail Road  Mandi  that on 26/02/15  Munna came alongwith Shishupal & Deepu  and  beat him up  and he sustained injuries .  HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 32  I.O. of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

4      Case FIR No. 72/14 dated 28/02/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O SH. Bhagat Ram  R/O  Chanol PO  Taleli Tehsil  Sundernagar   that  on 28/02/15  Pawan  Kumar , Beli  Ram  &  Bablu obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI  Rajender Thakur  I/C of PP  Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5       Case FIR No. 1/15    dated 28/02/15   U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S Dharampur  by  ASI  Sandeep Kumar  that he was on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials at  Kusri and during the course of patrolling he recovered  7 Bottles of Country  Liquor from the possession of   Hem  Singh S/O Sh. Jonki  Ram  R/O  Kusri PO Baroti  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Sandeep Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6        184  Challans  was issued under   M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 28,300/-  was  recovered  and 16 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1700/-  was recovered  &  1  Challan was issued under Mining  Act and fine of Rs. 7100/- was  recovered   during last 24 hours.
