CRIME REPORT 04 APRIL

 CASE OF   ROAD   ACCIDENT

1        Case FIR No. 46/15 dated 04/04/15  U/S  279  IPC &  U/S  185 MV  Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Manoj  Kumar  S/O Sh. Chamel Singh   R/O  Panjagna PO Harabag Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi (HP)   that  on 03/04/14  he was  going  towards  Jogindernagar  alongwith his    Alto  Car (HP01M-2061)  and when he reached  near Petrol Pump  Joginderngar in the mean time a   Jeep  Mahindra Trax(HP53-2867)   which was driven by  Rakesh  Bist S/O  Late. Sh. Jaswant Singh  R/O Drobri PO Sainthal Tehsil Joginderngar  came rashly and  hit  his  vehicle . HC Rajmal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO SUICIDE

2        Case FIR No. 73/15   dated 04/04/15  U/S 309  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sadar by  Const.  Dinesh  Kumar  No. 229  4^th  IRBn Jungle Beri  that  on  03/04/15  at  about  9:30  PM  he heard the noise of fire and   he rushed  towards  adjoining   room and found that   Const.  Gian  Chand  No. 434  of  same Battalion  who was  presently  posted  at Guard  Pandoh   tried to commit  the  suicide  by  his  duty   rifle , sustained  injuries   and  referred to  IGMC  Shimla  for treatment .  SI Sandeep  Choudhary  I/C of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.  

CHALLAN

3        122 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.18,900/-  was  recovered  and 6 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
