CRIME REPORT 07 APRIL

                                               

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1.      Case FIR No. 103/15 dated 06/04/15  U/S 366 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  on the complaint of a person  R/O  Thamera PO  Surajpurbari Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that his   sister-in-law  is missing since 03/04/15  and he  suspect that    Parvesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Onkar Singh  R/O  Kharol PO  Dhangota Tehsil Sadar  Barsar  Distt. Hamirpur  (HP)  kidnapped  his sister-in-law  with the  intention  to marry her.  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O.  of P.S.  Sunderngar  is investigating the  case.

 CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY

  1. Case FIR No.53/15  dated 07/04/15  U/s 420 , 467, 468, 471  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Jai  Lal S/O Sh. Ram Krishan  R/O  Baldeo PO  Sapnot Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that he studied in open  school  which   was  running  by the  Puran Chand , Lok Raj and  Ajita .  But management committee of above mentioned school issued him fake certificate. HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 75/15 dated 06/04/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Kishore S/O Late Sh. Parya Singh R/O H. No. 237/12 Ramnagar Mandi that on 06/04/2015  a tractor was turning in front of his shop and car (HP01M-2000) was also taking pass from said tractor, in the mean time a scooty (HP23-1396) came from Pulgharat side very rashly and struck with said car and rider of said scooty sustained injuries. HC Dola Ram No. 869 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 10/15 dated 07/04/2015 U/S 147,149,341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Smt. Karima Bibi W/O Sh. Daler Khan that Sheru, Noordeen, Jumma, Janki & Hashina Bibi etc obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

  1. 137 Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.17.600/-  was  recovered      during last 24 hours.
