CRIME REPORT 10 APRIL

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT   AND  DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT

1        Case FIR No. 47/15 dated 10/04/15  U/S 279, 337, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Barfi  Ram  S/O Sh.   Chandermani R/O  Vill   Divdiyan  Tehsil Ladbharol  Distt.  Mandi (HP) that   on 09/04/15  he was   coming back to his home alongwith his family members by  Car(HP33T-9405) which was  driven by  Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Bhummi Singh  R/O  Ootpur  PO  Lad-Bharol   and when he reached   near   Divdiyoun, in the  mean time   driver of said   Car lost the control on the vehicle and  fell downward   from the road  due to rash  driving  and  four  occupants who were boarded on said  vehicle  died on the spot HC  Sanjeev Kumar  No. 58  I.O. of PP Lad-Bharol  is investigating the case.

CASE   OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND ASSAULT

2        Case FIR  No. 56/15 dated 10/04/15  U/S 451, 323, 356 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh.  Bihari Lal  S/O  Sh. Khadku Ram  R/O  Shihal PO  Chouri Dhar Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Manohar Lal &  Chuni Lal  entered in the courtyard  of his  shop  and  beat him up and   he also lost  the cash  from his shop.  ASI  Bhom Prakash  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  NDPS ACT

3        Case FIR No. 108/15 dated 10/04/15  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of  PP Dehar   that  on 10/04/15  he was  on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Kharota and during the course of checking of   Vehcile(HP33A-4482)  he  recovered  942 Gram  Charas ( Cannabis)  from the possession of  Dinesh Kumar , Gopal , Ghanshyam & Om Parkash all  the resident of  Karsog   who were boarded on said  vehicle.  ASI Brij  Lal  I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF ROAD  ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No.107/15 dated 09/04/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been reigistered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint  of  Desh Raj  S/O Sh. Gopala Ram  R/O  Ghangal PO  Jarol  Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   09/04/15  he  alongwith  Dhani  Ram  were  coming   towards Sundernagar side  and when they reached  near  Bhawana , in the mean time  a Santro  Car(HP12B-3700)  which was driven by  Ravi  Chand  S/O Sh. Raman Ram R/O  Lehadi  Sarel Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur , came rashly and hit his car  and they both have sustained injuries.  ASI  Rajinder Thakur  I/C of PP Slapper  is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

5        141 Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.28000/-  was  recovered  and 8 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 800/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
