1 Case FIR No. 33/15 dated 14/04/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Shiv Kumar that on 14/04/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Mahadev and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML Illicit Liquor & 1,65000ML Lahan from the possession of Smt. Leela Devi W/O Sh. Ram Lal R/O Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 34/15 dated 14/04/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Shiv Kumar that on 14/03/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Mahadev and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7000 ML Illicit Liquor & 3,60000 ML Lahan from the possession of Smt. Ram Payari W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Manmohan Singh SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No.89/15 dated 15/04/15 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sabbu Thakur S/O Sh. Thakur Dass R/O House No.182/12 Ward No. 12 Ram Nagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/04/15 he was going by the Tractor (HP65-3479) which was driven by Khovinder Singh and Kansi Ram S/O Sh. Tej Bahadur who was under the influence of alcohol also boarded on said tractor, when they reached near Gutkar, in the mean time said Kanshi Ram jumped from the tractor and came beneath the trolley tyre and died at ZH Mandi. ASI Sahib Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 132 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.21,300/- was recovered and 7challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
