CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 35/15 dated 16/04/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  by  Lady  Const.  Anjana Kumari  No. 405  5^th  IRBn  Bassi  Distt. Bilaspur  at present  temporary  attached  PS  BSL Colony  Sundernagar that  on  today i.e.  16/04/15  she was  on   traffic  duty at BSL Colony  Sundernagar  Chowk, in the mean time  a  HRTC Bus( HP31A-9817)   which was driven by  Ram Singh ,  came rashly and met with an accident  and one occupant Nikku  Ram  R/O  Hatgarh Distt. Mandi sustained injuries  in this  mishap.  ASI  Shiv  Kumar  I.O. of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the  case.   

CASE OF  KIDNAPPING

2          Case FIR No. 111/15 dated 15/04/15  U/S 363, 366(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Karam Singh  S/O Sh. Himmat Ram   R/O  Jarol  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  his daughter  is missing  since  14/04/15   and he  suspect that  Chaman Lal   S/O Sh. Krishan Lal  Dadour Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi  kidnapped his daughter.  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING  WAY  AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 110/15  dated 15/04/15 U/S  341, 504, 506, IPC has   been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Geeta Devi  W/O Sh. Raj  Kumar  PO  Jarol  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on 15/04/15  her brother-in-law  obstructed her way and  abusing her  and also  threatened with dire  consequences.  ASI  Brij  Lal  I/C of PP Dehar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ATTEMPT  TO  SUICIDE

4         Case FIR No. 112/15  dated 15/04/15  U/S 309  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Bhagat Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Nathu  Ram  R/O  Kotrovi PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/04/15  his  Son-in-law, Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Hirda Ram  R/O  Bir  Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi  (HP)  tried to committed   suicide  by consuming some poisonous material.  HC   Baldev   Chand   No. 896  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

  CASE OF HURT

5          Case FIR No. 60/15 dated 16/04/15  U/S  323, 325  IPC  has  been registered in P.S.  Karsog  on the complaint of Sh.  Santosh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Man  Dass   R/O  Syanj Bagra Tehsil  Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Jitender  Kumar  S/O Sh. Kamal Prakash beat him up  and he sustained  injuries.   ASI   Bhom Prakash  I.O. of P.S.   Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   OFFENCE  AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6        Case FIR No. 105/15 dated 15/04/15  U/S  353, 332, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ranjeet  Singh  S/O Sh. Relu  Ram   R/O  Katehra PO  Sadhot  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  he is working as  a  water  supplier in IPH  Deptt.  On 14/04/15   Sher Singh  S/O Sh. Kanshi  Ram  R/O  Saroun  beat him up and he sustained injuries and  also threatened  him with dire consequences .   ASI  Naresh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  Sarkaghat is investigating   the case.

CASE OF ARSON

7          Case FIR No. 106/15dated 16/04/15  U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Lala Ram  R/O  Garli PO  Gharwashara Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  some  unknown culprits  set   Car( HP28A-8001) & (HP28-7255) on  fire  at  Bus Stand  Garli.  ASI  Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL  TRESPASS  AND HURT

 

8          Case FIR No. 91/15  dated 15/04/15  U/S 451, 323 IPC has been regisrtered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ram  Saran S/O Sh. Sher Singh  R/O  Sakroha Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/04/15  Dhani Ram entered in the courtyard  of his   home and beat him up.  HC  Kamal  Kant  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

9          Case FIR No. 92/15  dated 16/04/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Indru Ram  S/O Sh. Bhagwan Ram R/O  Sayoli PO  Ratti  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on today  Parmanand   came  alongwith Bhagat Ram , obstructed his way  and  beat him  up  and also threatened  him with dire consequences.  ASI  Sahab Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

10        Case FIR No. 93/14  dated 16/04/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh  S/O Sh. Binhu Ram  R/O  Rakkar Ratti  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/04/15  Sanjay Kumar  came  alongwith  Indu Ram , obstructing  his way and beat him up.  ASI  Sahab Singh  I.O. of PS  Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD  ACCIDENT

11        Case FIR No. 90/15  dated 15/04/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Manjula Devi  W/O Sh. Nant Ram R/O  Kanditarapur PO  Gagal Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  15/04/15   she   alongwith  Kanta Devi were  present at Nalsar chowk, in the mean time  a Motor Cycle (HP32A-2440)  which was ridden  by  Dharampal , came rashly  from Baggi Side and  hit to   Kanta  Devi .  HC  Hoshiyar Singh  No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

12        125  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.18,900/-  was  recovered  and 5 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/-  was recovered  and 1 challan was issued  under  Mining  Act  and fine of Rs. 7100-/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
