POLICE –PUBLIC-CONNECT
1 After the inauguration ceremony of Police Post Nihari, Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS, Worthy Superintendent of Police Mandi alongwith Sh. Rajesh Kumar, HPS , Deputy Superintendent of Police Mandi (HQ) & Sh. Kulbhushan Verma, HPS, SDPO Sundernagar visited at Police Post Pangna and PAR ( Police Assistance Room) Tattapani under community policing Scheme. Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS Worthy Superintendent of Police Mandi interacted with general masses of local areas and also discussed with Sh. Dhameshwar Ram, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Jhungi & Sh. Kundal Lal, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Tattapani on raising water level of Koldam.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 53/15 dated 19/04/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the comlaint of Sh. Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Jeevan Singh R/O Dhawara PO Sanglwara Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/04/15 he alongwith Lal Singh, Shish Ram, Vir Singh & Neter Singh were going to home by Private Bus(HP65-2343) which was driven by Om Chand and when they reached near Kataru, in the mean time driver of said Bus lost the control on the said due to rash driving and met with an accident and he alongwith 6 occupants sustained injuries in this mishap. ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 80/15 dated 18/04/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 185 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Balak Ram S/O Sh. Jassi Ram R/O Nalot PO Somnachani Sub- Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/04/15 a Motor Cycle(HP33D-1227) came rashly from Purani Mandi towards Victoriya Bridge and hit a pedestrian and said pedestrian sustained injuries. HC Bhagat Ram No. 905 I.O. of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
4 Case FIR No. 96/15 dated 19/04/15 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Puja Devi S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O Tanda PO Balt Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/04/15 Pawan Kumar resident of same locality obstructed her way and beat her and her father. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5 Case FIR No. 40/15 dated 19/04/15 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut that during the intervening night of 18/19-04-15 on a telephonic information he went on the spot and found that a Tata Sumo(HP33T-9495) was felling down into Bias River from the road and two occupants Jiwan Parkash S/O Sh. Hattam Ram R/O Nagwain Sub-Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi & Devika D/O Sh Dile Ram( Nepali Resident) presently residing at Kushum Lata Sood Akhara Bazzar Distt. Kullu (HP) were found dead inside said vehicle. ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
6 170 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.30,900/- was recovered and 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
