CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 54/15 dated 19/04/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Nagender Pal S/O Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Kohalu PO Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/04/15 a Car(HP32A-1978) which was driven by Sanjay Kumar came rashly from Chailchowk side and hit a girl namely Shakshi and she sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No.116/15 dated 19/4/15 U/S 323, 324, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderngar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Daya Ram R/O Rathoul PO Balt Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/04/15 Bittu R/O Bhangrotu beat to his father and they sustained injuries. ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 124 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.19,400/- was recovered and 7 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 900 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
