CASE OF FALSE INFORMATION TO PUBLIC SERVANT AND FALSE EVIDENCE
1 Case FIR No. 89/15 dated 01/05/15 U/S 182, 195 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Murcha Ram R/O Thachi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that Ashok Pal Singh threatened to the witnesses of case registered against him and also compelled them to record the false statement. Insp. Sanjeev Kumar SHO of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2 171 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 27,100/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.200 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
