CRIME REPORT ON 19 MAY

CASE OF MURDER

1.      On 18/05/2015 an unidentified dead body has been recovered at Tamled under the Jurisdiction of P.S. Sarkaghat. SHO PS Sarkaghat alongwith I/C PP Hatli visit the spot and verified the facts. Thereafter, Case FIR NO 128/15 Dated 15/05/2015 U/S 302,201 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand (Pardhan Gram Panchayat Patrighat) S/O Sh. Munsi Ram Vill. Dhaner PO Patdighat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi. A team of experts from RFSL Mandi has been visited the spot on 18/05/2015. Today, the above deadbody has been identified as of Harisharan alias Harish Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Ner Dhangu Tehsil Balh District Mandi on the identification of deceased's brother. The postmortem of the dead body is being conducted at ZH Mandi and the investigation is being conducted by SI Praveen Kumar I/C PP Hatli.

CASE OF GREVIOUS HURT

2.      Case FIR No 134/15 Dated 18/05/15 U/S 324 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Brestu Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Churura Ram R/O Vill Chhater P.O. Jugahan Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP stated that on dated 17/05/15 at about 10:00PM his real brother Chetru Ram abused him and  bite off his left hand thumb. And in the morning on 18/05/15 at about 6:30am when he was going to his cow shed at the same time his brother Chetru Ram came there and also bite off his left hand again.  HC Baldev Chand  I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No 135/15 Dated 19/05/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Pushapraj S/O Bhagt Ram R/O Dhanotu P.O Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi stated that on dated 18/05/15 at about 11:50PM when he was coming towards Sundernagar on Bolero  N0. HP 31B 1728 and near Sangam hotel Ropdi, the driver of said vehicle lose control on his vehicle and fell down. In this accident 2 persons were injured. ASI Rajender Kumar I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

4.      191 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 30000/- was recovered and 03 Challans  were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
